I took the battery back to the Hulen store and was told I couldn't return the battery because it was dead. I was told to bring it to this store. The store manager told me the same thing and then called me a liar and told me I used the battery and that they tested the battery before they sold it to me. Which they did not do in front of me when it was sold to me. So I was sold a faulty battery, told I was a liar and now i'm out $80 of which I at least got store credit but they still robbed me of $80. Wait the 3 extra days and buy it on Amazon or spend the extra $20 at another place that honors their return policy. Worst customer service i've ever seen.

Later in the day I called back and said did " I called earlier did mean to hang up on me . " Tristen's reply " absolutely the Manager will be here Monday-Friday " then hung up on me . If you get a battery and don't ever have an issue this might be an ok place to buy . But if you have an issue and want them to stand by the warranty you are out of luck and will have to call corporate or go to another location because Tristen doesn't care one bit of you are a customer .

My boyfriend waited for his Pretzel but it was never brought to our table? He wanted to see what was going on. The lady said, she forgot the Pretzel in the oven and she burned it! She said, she would toss it and make another one. She could have handled that differently. My boyfriend loves his food crispy. He would have eaten that but, she didn't ask. She threw that Pretzel in trash and she made us late to Church. Oh well. We all think different. The Pretzel arrived and it was just ok, lacked flavor and clusters of salt in specific areas. It was soft and sort of dry. I took a piece of it but didn't finish it. The whole. Our experience was not perfect but nothing is. This won't stop us from shopping here or stoping by the Snack Bar.

The gentleman was so professional, he had to remove an EMF shield off the back of my phone to put the new protective cover on. He refused to put the cover on until all the adhesive was removed.
