I have bought very small screws for pocket knives, internal and external snap rings, left hand threaded nuts and bolts, odd style batteries and a lot of other items not found in the big box stores. A manager, George, tells me that the person contacted me...not true. No phone call or text was sent to ask about coming earlier. I offered to show George the history on my phone, but he said that wouldn't be necessary. Why schedule for a certain 4 hours and then come at a different time? In-store customer service at the Twin Falls Lowe's has been another nightmare. I do appreciate the cleanliness of the store but no plans to return.

I purchased a Craftsman Weed Trimmer/Blower combo on August 18th,…read more I charged the battery for 24 hours and the trimmer worked great, i then put the battery back on the charger and attempted to use trimmer today and the battery was dead. I took the battery, charger, my receipt and credit card used to purchase, back to Lowe 's. only to be asked I have purchased the "protection plan", which I had not. I told the clerk " I bought this last week, surely I should Not need a "perfection plan" for something I used once within a week"; oh but I do! Then I was told I needed to contact Craftsman for RA number, so I could return the product. I told the I bought it here and it just needs a new battery, you should read the rewiews on line 80% of the problems it the battery. Nothing can be done at the store I was told! This is why retail is going away, next time I will order on line, if i can't return things at the store I bought it at, without waiting forever on line with Craftsman! No more Lowe's for me!!!
