Mowers are a piece of crap! You can eventually get it working, but high maintenance.

Dispite Washington state law the employees and owner of this business refuse to wear masks. My I…read morethought the belt broke on my self propelled mower's, i explaned the mower was 4 months old and just wanted the self propulsion working. There was a wood chip caught in the belt the worked fine once removed I was surprised to see a large bill, and was charged for a full servicing which was not need nor asked for. Bad experience and i would not recommend them.

Unlike the other review listed here, I received an estimate before work began. I have a Dewalt…read morebelt sander that had fallen from a ladder onto it's corner, trashing the entire sander and rendering it inop. Unfortunately, Dewalt no longer makes belt-sanders, so parts or a replacement unit are no longer available. I really liked this sander and has performed flawlessly for years. I originally paid about $250.00 for it. L&L rescued it from the trash-can by essentially rebuilding it from an old unit they had in the back which acted as a "parts donor". They charged $100.00 for a LOT of work, and essentially turned it into a new, reconditioned unit (including a new housing that was cracked and enemies a new power cable). While $100 is a fairly large sum of money, it was well with worth the investment considering the tremendous amount of work they did. When I picked up the unit, the old parts where returned in a box, and all services were explained to me. They were very professional, and I am very pleased for their services!

This business is outstanding in all regards! The windows arrived quickly and the appointment to…read moreput them was made right away! They arrived on time with a double crew and installed 10 windows the first day! I am very impressed with the appearance of the installed windows and the pace it took to install them! They look terrific!

I have been going here (an to Angeles Millworks) for several years....they are a bit more…read moreexpensive, but they're local, blah, blah, blah...I am not a contractor, as I'm retired, but I do quite a bit of project work, home improvement, etc. I have always thought that one's local hardware store should be trusted and I always trusted Hartnagel's, until today. They flat out lied to me about some scrap wood (cracked, warped, split, broken) which they had stacked on a pallet in their rear yard. Via phone, I was told it was free (I was building a couple of garden boxes and didn't want to invest in quality lumber for something about to go in, or on, the ground!). I called again to verify that it was free....great!...I'm on my way! I got to Hartnagel's and found the lumber, and indeed, it was split, warped, cracked, etc., exactly what they told me it was, except now I was told that the three lots (about 12-20 10-14' length boards each of varying size) would be $90 each. I explained what I had been told, and the humorless troll employed by Hartnagel said, and I quote, "It's $90, not free". I could have sworn that he curled his lip and sneered at me, but don't quote me on that.
