Have been on the hunt for specific flowering trees that can tolerate these weather fluctuations. The garden shop has a vast variety of flowering trees I like and purchased at a great value. Again, the staff are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Oh, and I have seen some attractive looking people, men and women shop here...not sure if they were shopping for home stuff or shopping for their next date lol Will continue to shop for home stuff at Home Depot, gets my recommendation.

When I realized I had forgotten my Home Depot card, Mary Margaret went above and beyond to retrieve my card information, ensured my birthday coupon was applied, and even escorted us to the front register when her computer wouldn't allow her to complete the purchase without the physical card. In addition, Charles at customer service was just as helpful, and even brought some humor to the experience! This visit was a refreshing change from previous ones, especially given the significant purchase we were making. Their exceptional service, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile truly deserve recognition. Home Depot needs more employees like Mary Margaret and Charles, helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to outstanding customer service!

I wanted to share my experience now that we are done. I could not have asked for more. I am really grateful for all that Nick did for the project in these last three months. The project wasn't trivial because it was a remodel and because the house was over 100 years old. However, Nick was very knowledgeable, exceptionally responsive, and went out of his way several times to find very detailed information to help me choose and spec the right windows and doors. He also spent time shopping around different distributors to balance price, delivery time, and customization. Every time we met, he took action items for the questions that came up and followed up very quickly to close on them. That was tremendously helpful the project schedule and to reduce risk by ensuring we were choosing and speccing the product correctly. Told him what I was trying to do and he took me to two metal clamping options to fasten the rack on the bike and even went out to the front to see how they would worked. He gave me tools and cut rubber lining to secure the clamps on the bike and we did it all right in the front of the shop. HUGE help! Thank you again Reuben! There was only 1 employee working for both the showroom and hardware store both times. This hardware store is located next to a bath supply showroom but you have to walk into the showroom store to get into the hardware store. This isn't the easiest place to find - the building looks like an industrial building and there's no signage facing the road we drove in on. The hardware store is like a ghost town. No employees, no customers, rusted paint cans, rusted plumbing glue cans, many other products that have been sitting there for so long that the plastic packaging is severely yellowing. The second time we came in - we were never acknowledged or greeted. There was as one customer in the showroom who was talking with the one employee in the whole place about pricing and the employee was arguing and getting audibly frustrated with them about discounts, pricing and not understanding certain items such as a pot filler. The employee and customer moved to the cashier in the hardware store and continued talking. We stood around waiting for a very long time for the employee to acknowledge us...Never happened so we decided to leave and go to a different BM dealer 7 mins away and had a much better experience. As I was walking around aimlessly waiting to be helped I realized why no one comes to this establishment. You can't get anyone to help you or ring you up... I gave an extra star because they are a Benjamin Moore authorized dealer and have a decent selection of products but majority of items seem to be very old, rusted and/or yellowing.

I'd much rather drive to another location with more parking than hunt for those elusive spots 2. The street that Siri sent me down doesn't really exist but you can get a car through it. Plenty of parking. Don't expect any storefront.
