Lowe's tried to remove it and spent almost an hour trying to prove us wrong. We ended up with a new refrigerator. Now the fun begins. They extended warranty team didn't believe we bought the extended warranty for over 3 weeks. We spent a ton of time calling and emailing them proof of purchase before they would show we bought the extended warranty. Man I miss the refrigerators that lasted 20 years.

Despite that, the manager, Miguel, is always working hard and apologizes for any delays while doing his best to help everyone in a timely manner. Today I witnessed a situation where a customer came in with a dog off leash. Miguel calmly and respectfully explained the store policy about keeping dogs on a leash for safety reasons. The customer became defensive and rude, even calling him names, but Miguel stayed professional the entire time and handled the situation with patience and respect. On top of that, he still went out of his way to help me find the dog food I needed while I was checking out. That kind of customer service and composure under pressure deserves recognition. Miguel is doing a great job, especially considering the staffing challenges. I hope corporate and other customers recognize the effort he puts in every day. People like him make the shopping experience better.
