We looked at refrigerators for approximately 10-15 minutes, and no one asked us if we needed help. Employees made eye contact with us but did not speak or ask if we needed help. I was extremely frustrated with the level of customer care we received, so we left that department. As we walked through the store, not one employee spoke to us. Some of the employees would not even make eye contact with us. It became a game with me as we approached a new employee to see how the employee reacted. Not one spoke- it was bizarre.
