I hired this company to do a high-end renovation of my bathrooms. They assured me the renovations…read morewould look good and would be top of the line. This is not the case. They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. The job is so bad it looks worse than a trailer and I have to hire a lawyer to sue them to help make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below, incomplete electrical work, a shower that is of the wrong material, another shower that is not complete, laminate that is already peeling off 1 week after application. Every single aspect of my renovation is worse than it was before they started. Here are just a few pics of that they think a "good job" is.

The tubs are too small for adults and only used by young parents bathing small children. On the remodeling shows, they are turning the extra bathrooms like the master into larger showers. That's what I wanted. I wanted a seat for shaving legs and the built in shampoo stuff holder. I love the Kohler LuxStone one piece wall that does not require yearly resealing to prevent mold. I also love online examples of accent walls with a vertical strip of accent stone. I got the best of both worlds by having the one piece LuxStone on the back/biggest wall plus the end, and was able to do whatever I pleased with the wall that housed the shower wall and handles.

PROS: Prices are much better at this location than the Ponca City Goodwill store (what is up with…read morethat?) - good turnover in content/merchandise CONS: Usually a line at checkout. Maybe a 5 or 6 minute wait. Could use an extra employee or two to help things run smoother.
