Service was great when picking up but it did take 1 month for my first order of shingles and then two weeks for my second order

Lowe's no longer accepts returns! I tried to exchange 2 items. New in the box never opened. Within the allowed timeframe. However, their return policy changed 3/31/24. Therefore, they didn't honor the policy at the time of purchase. Customer service & management was not friendly about it. read more

I like having a home improvement store in Bartlesville, but the integrity of the store has continued to decline. I purchased with cash a Maytag washer 9-3-24. Upon delivery the washer began to make a knocking noise during the spin cycle, a delivery man was sent to verify that the washer made a knocking noise. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get this problem resolved. Lowe's would not do anything because it had been 48 hours after the purchase. Clearly Lowe's sold me a defective washer and refuse to do anything to correct this matter. read more

They closed the doors with five minutes to spare. I drove here because the hours say they are open until 10 PM. It was a waste of my time and definitely not great it the way of service. read more

Bought a 1700 fridge and the door would not close properly on the fridge and the motor sounds as loud as a lawn mower. Lowe's will not do anythbig. If I hadn't bought the warranty I would be paying for repairs the same week I got it. Lousy customer service too!! read more

Lowe's in Bartlesville provides lousy service. I've been a customer since they arrived, and have watched service slowly erode. I've given up asking anyone for help, much less just a friendly "hello" from an employe. it begins at the top, management is also terrible. They act like they hate their jobs read more

We bought a refrigerator on Sunday Dec 26, 2021. Got it on credit, but only was approved for so much. We told them we would pay the difference. But instead dropped the price. Then we pay for the rest. We did not ask for a price reduction, we were going to pay the difference. But since no one knew how to it it they did it that way. Now on Tuesday Dec 28,2021 we get our refrigerator. My husband watches them take it out of the box, it has a dent in door. They bring it in saying they will report it, but for us to call Lowes to see if we can get door replaced. The delivery guys were Awesome,polite and very respectful. I call the store and the manager was OK at first. But she got Lipps cause I kept trying to talk as she talk. My bad, I do have a problem with that. I get irritated with her cause she said it was a liquidation or a make down. I kept telling her that it was not. Then she said it was a "as is "item I said no it was not. There was no sign or anything marking it that way. I gave the phone to my husband as she said you can bring it back and I can charge you full price for it. Again that was thier doing, cause they couldn't figure out how to do the transaction. We were going to pay the full price, just part was going on the finance part then we pay the rest. This woman acted as if they did a great thing for us. That they did us a favor, when it was just easier for them to do it the way it was done. She called back and had an attitude, and with my attitude. I gave the phone to my husband saying she was a batch. She said she was reporting me for saying it. I didn't tell her she was one ,I told my husband,she just heard me. All I'm saying is make sure they do your transactions the correct way, cause they screw you in the end. We paid 2000 bucks for a dented fridge, and the woman made it out to be our fault. This is the reason we normally go to Homdepot. read more

I called the toll free number for Lowes today in order to find out and then buy, an air compressor. After what might have been 45 minutes on hold and being told that someone would answer my call "momentarily" I hung up. Simultaneously, I was on the Lowes website, involved with the chat function. That also resulted in a failed purchase. I recently started going to Lowes despite a more than 30 year history of patronizing Home Depot....after todays waste of time I'm going back to Home Depot. read more

I have a warranty problem with a refrigerator I bought at Lowe's in Bartlesville. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to resolve it only to have the warranty service tell me that I didn't have a warranty. I took my receipt that shows my purchase of the warranty to the local Bartlesville store and the manager there, Shayna, went to great lengths to try to help me. She called the warranty service twice in my behalf. They hung up on her. She tried logging in as I had at home and through a painstaking process of data entry and "live chat" with someone on line, she was able to get the warranty service to tell her that they couldn't find my warranty either. Finally, she stuck with it so that the end result is that they will do research and get in touch with me by tomorrow. Shayna was extremely patient and I was very grateful for her help. She went way above and beyond to try to help me. She's an excellent manager and I really appreciate her efforts. read more

Made online order nite before . Order ready 3:30pm. (54 pcs of lumber , bucket of 800 deck screws and 40 paver blocks) waited over 1 & 1/2 hours for my materials that were supposed to be ready for pickup. I'm not shopping Lowes anymore.! The service is pathetic at this location. Employees standing around looking at there phones or sitting at back of store having BS session. I asked for help from 2 managers that have no sense of urgency. I asked at least five employees for help... no one has answers. Nobody can help you because they don't do that person's job. half of my order was still on the shelf at 5:30pm. I had my load of lumber loaded, but did not have my pavers. They were still on the shelf so I left the store to drop my wood off at work site and came back to get the pavers and was finally leaving Lowe's at 6:30 PM. what an awful experience. Bought and paid for carpet 3/19. After 3 weeks were told it wouldn't be in production until end of April. Lowe's subcontracted with a company in OKC instead of local. On the day of install, installer called to say their van broke down and they weren't coming. Might be able to come in 4 days. All our furniture was out of rooms. Called 3 people at Lowe's and put on hold for a long time each call. Finally went in person and were told there was nothing they could do. Our carpet was in the installers warehouse in OKC. A centrally located Lowe's that has a large, spacious parking lot, very easy to navigate into and out of. The customer service is good quality and the store is well maintained inside and out. The products are good quality, with a good variety, and the prices are competitive. read more

I don't think I've experienced worse customer service on such a regular basis than I have at this Lowes. The staff is almost never courteous or helpful, and although they seem to be in abundance at the store, it takes light years to get help! As of today, I'm doing my best to avoid ever shopping here again. read more
