I was…read moregoing to buy a meat band saw which the box and the display saw both had marked 40 percent off for a manager special. I got to the register and it did not take 40 percent off, so the manager came and argued with me that meat processing items were not on sale, the problem with that argument is that every single piece of processing items, meat saw, grinder, utensils, vaccuum sealers all had 40 percent tags on them, even items on different isles in the middle like a meat grinder where marked individually, in the fine print it says that exclusion. Most stores will honor their mistakes. It is one thing to have just the area marked with a tag and have exclusions then i can understand. When the actual product and display are marked then to me they need to honor it. I usually shop atwoods over tractor supply but really thinking about changing my shopping, especially when the so called manager who could not even add or how the system worked was setting there argueing with me that they were not marked.

I'm visiting here from out of state to help my daughter with her four adopted children. I needed a sheet of birch plywood cut in two sizes, just two cuts. I was told no special cut. The sheet of ply was about $45. So, respectively, I thanked the man and drove 45 minutes to the nearest Home Depot in Owasso. I paid $65 for a sandable ply, not what I needed, but they cut it for free. With the other materials I bought, my total was $238.00. Would rather have purchased at Pryor Lumber, 7 miles from the family. But customer service at times costs a premium. Still see Pryor Lumber as an option, but may arrange for material runs differently in the near future.
