I was at the bartlesville store and they had all their hunting items on a manager special. I was…read moregoing to buy a meat band saw which the box and the display saw both had marked 40 percent off for a manager special. I got to the register and it did not take 40 percent off, so the manager came and argued with me that meat processing items were not on sale, the problem with that argument is that every single piece of processing items, meat saw, grinder, utensils, vaccuum sealers all had 40 percent tags on them, even items on different isles in the middle like a meat grinder where marked individually, in the fine print it says that exclusion. Most stores will honor their mistakes. It is one thing to have just the area marked with a tag and have exclusions then i can understand. When the actual product and display are marked then to me they need to honor it. I usually shop atwoods over tractor supply but really thinking about changing my shopping, especially when the so called manager who could not even add or how the system worked was setting there argueing with me that they were not marked.

I encouraged them to try, and both fit well with space to spare. Then they took everything with them. No manuals, no instructions. And now I find there was a piece of plastic called a lock bar that I need to switch the side the doors open on the W&D. They took that too. I contacted both GE and Lowe's. No one could help me out except to order a new one, that I had to pay for.

I placed an online order because when you need things fast, that's what you do. You order online…read moreand pick up in one place. I just bought a home in Bartlesville and need a lot of items fast. I placed the order, paid for it, and was planning on going to the store on my lunch hour to pick up-QUICKLY. About 30 minutes later I received an email sayong my order was casncelled, no reason given. After navigating their AI system which is a PAIN in the a to get through, I was told the issue was "suspicion of fraud". So I called the fraud department. They said they did not have any indication that fraud was suspected and that the order was cancelled at the store level. The only reason I can come up with for the cancellation is that the staff there didn't want to pick my order...there were a lot of miscellaneous parts that I NEED becasue I just purchased this house. SO, BE AWARE_ don't be confident that your order can be placed online. It appears that the staff is too lazy to pick multiple items and they simply cancel and blame fraud suspicion. I WISH there was a HOME DEPOT in this town.....I never had that problem with them.....I hope HOME DEPOT SEES THIS....HELP HOME DEPOT!!!!!!!

A couple of days ago I went in and found a laser level on sale. The woman at the check stand said…read moreit was on sale for paid club members but on Friday it would be on sale for everyone. I came back after a lengthy drive and tried to purchase it again. The lady said it was still regular price. Spoken to a manager and he did nothing. This place didn't do what they said. Not honorable. If a representative says something and it's wrong, that is on them.

I'm visiting here from out of state to help my daughter with her four adopted children. I needed a sheet of birch plywood cut in two sizes, just two cuts. I was told no special cut. The sheet of ply was about $45. So, respectively, I thanked the man and drove 45 minutes to the nearest Home Depot in Owasso. I paid $65 for a sandable ply, not what I needed, but they cut it for free. With the other materials I bought, my total was $238.00. Would rather have purchased at Pryor Lumber, 7 miles from the family. But customer service at times costs a premium. Still see Pryor Lumber as an option, but may arrange for material runs differently in the near future.
