Was told I will get a call in a few hours when phone is ready, never happened. Came back on Monday, called first and they said phone was fixed. Phone was NOT fixed, all contacts were not put back on my phone and Align said if I wanted him to do this, it would cost an additional $149. So either I go to Tmobile, or download an app. I told him Nick told me they would do it, and he said Nick was new and didn't know anything yet.
