We agreed on a price and he and his crew showed up about a week later and found the issue to be dirt buildup in the valley flashings. Jeff and his crew removed all the moss growth on the roof, cleaned the debris that was creating a dam in the valley flashing, inspected and repaired what needed repairing on the roof and even cleaned out the gutters. Jeff was very pleasant and professional to work with. No more wet stucco after the repairs. I highly recommend this roofing company based on my experience.

Mast Roofing just completed re-roofing our Graeagle Community Church which is located in a rural…read moreNorthern California area. This project presented a number of challenges for the roofing crew due to the various slopes and angles of the roof ranging from flat, 4/12 to almost vertical. After a day or two into the project it was obvious to me that this wasn't a real challenge to these guys at all. There was also a number of thunderstorms, which caused some delays, but that didn't deter these guys. They even worked through some torrential downpours knowing that blues skies where on the horizon. The one thing that impressed me the most from this crew was their attention to detail. There was a couple of times that I noticed some of the younger crew members run into an obstacle and they didn't just forge forward but stopped and asked their supervisor where to go to from there. I know some people in different trades that would snatch these guys up in heartbeat because of their work ethic and commitment to their job. From all of the research and comparisons i've done prior to going with the seamless coating, I believe that this application will last for many, many years to come. Our area sees extreme weather changes from severe thunderstorms, extreme temperature changes, heavy snow and ice to hot direct sunlight. I feel confident that this seamless coating will go the distance. Our thanks to Mast Roofing, David and his crew, for an awesome job well done.

Turns out there is a violation code on her title. Sunrise Roofing never had the final inspections done on the roof. While the issue, thankfully, was not as serious as I had thought and feared, Carl was thorough, thoughtful and respectful. Being an older single woman seems to present some people, especially "servicemen", with the opportunity to speak to me and treat me as if I am an idiot and assume they can take advantage. This was certainly not the case with Carl. He made helpful suggestions for how I could follow-up with a different type of service and left me with useful information. While my issue did not require the scope of work done by Chronic, I would definitely reach out to them in the future if I ever did need their services.

Sam and a worker were both told that the liner needed to be placed in the garage as it was not the homeowners. When the owner of the pond liner showed up to pick it up 2 workers threw it off of the roof and then threw the cinder blocks down as well. unfortunately, when they threw it down, it was in two pieces instead of one. When Sam was asked about this when the roof was finished and paid for Sam refused to take responsibility for what his workers have done. The roof itself looks okay, but to have an owner of a business blame the issue on someone else and not take responsibility is very frustrating. Just know what you are getting into doing business with someone like this. When I called and asked him about it he admitted that his guys cut the liner and then said the job went south and there was nothing he was going to do to make it better.
