If you can make me fall asleep after what is deemed, "THE HEALTHIEST PIZZA." You deserve 5 - Stars. I've craved pizza for a few days, now. But, with my healthy eating guidelines I wasn't able to find a pizza place that was reasonably priced with cauliflower crust until I came across Happy's Pizza. Ordered off the establishments website at 11pm. NOT a 3rd party website like DoorDash or anything, THEIR website. We got two gluten free pies and an order of fries. When we retrieved our order from the driver the ticket stapled to the order was correct but the food in all of the boxes was so wrong. Mind you we're gluten free so we couldn't even eat the wrong food if we wanted to. We called them and the man on the phone couldn't have given less of a fuck and said ohhhh they messed it up. No YOUUUU did. The driver checked the stapled ticket and did his job. Then the man on the phone told us he'll refund it which is great but hello we still wanna eat? Seemed like that wasn't a choice as there were 30 minutes left until close so he definitely wasn't giving us the option of getting our correct order lmao. Food is always amazing at Happy's. I love that they have the all Halal pepperoni pizza, the all cheese pizza is mouth watering.

Left ad on our door though we would try it out , got wings were disgusting and hardly any sauce food was very bland and not worth it. Will never order from this place again read more

Even though they are coming from nearly the central city area all the way out to Holland. My food has been hot, tasty and perfect. I hadn't had food from this location before, but I have from another location which was good, but it closed. At this location, i experienced many issues, much of if surrounding the one hour ten minute delivery time, mid Sunday afternoon. Pizza and fries were cool to cold, even tho delivered in a heat bag. It sat somewhere too long in the process. The owner's response was "You should pick up next time". I found this response unsatisfactory given the excessive delivery time and mediocre product. He did, however, offer $10 store credit. In addition, the rib tips were tough and the spicy link tasted VERY stale. Never had this problem at the other location. Also, training is needed. I told the person I would be paying by credit card and she took no info, leaving me to think they would run something for me to sign. The name would be correct if you are happy waiting three times the amount of time you should for your food. Not to mention the profanity laced music coming out of the back of the pizza joint. While I personally enjoyed the profanity laced music. That's what she said she was when I asked for her boss.She said because She had only one driver and I was way out of there jurisdiction.. She then told me to contact door dash and complain to them. As a plus, this place serves a ton of non-pizza food like ribs, chicken, fish and burgers but the service is so horrible that it's not even worth the hassle. We attempted to order for delivery one Saturday night only to wait an hour and a half to deal with an incompetent delivery driver and extremely rude management. When it finally hit 8:45 PM I called and they didn't know where my pizza was or the delivery driver, so I waited for a call back and never got one! Finally about 9:05 PM I heard a light knock on my door and it was the delivery driver, I went to eat my pizza and it was freezing cold after I waited 2 hours for my pizza I call and I finally get it but it's cold! My family and I ordered from this place for the first time ever and we were not that happy with our order. I only ordered one of my pizzas to be well done and everything but that one was cooked that way. Ordered for delivery on a Sunday afternoon - first time trying this place. Placed the order online using their own "Snappy's" system available on their website and received online confirmation with an estimated delivery time of 1:33. At 1:42, I received a phone call from the store to confirm our order; apparently they had JUST received it and it would be an additional 45 minutes to an hour for the order to be delivered! When I expressed my displeasure at this, I was told that the "Snappy's system is notoriously slow and that next time I should just call." So, when knowledgeable of the problem with the system, they decide the best option is to advise people to not use it rather than FIX IT?!?! Ridiculous way to manage and run a business.
