The helmets provided were clean and fit well. The staff was great and really took the time to show us the vehicle, the GPS system, and to provide suggested routes that included some great stops for lunch, etc. Their reccommendations really helped us find our way. The GPS system led us through beautiful trails, and some super fun spots to get through. They were chill about dirt on the vehicles, and I saw them cleaning the units after they were returned. We got our security deposit back fast. At check in and check out, they take pictures of the vehicle and we did our own inspection as well. Very sensible process. The units had plenty of power and were very comfortable. The trails are bumpy, of course, but the suspension took most of that out. They give advice about what not to do on the trails, and listen to them. Several spots were trouble, you dont want to roll or break one of these things. The police on their own 4x4 were out on the trails keeping things safe. One tip, be very careful on the roadside, the cars whiz by and hand signals are heavily required. They brief you on all of this so listen! Overall a great rental for a very reasonable price, in an amazing location. We'll be back!

To my surprise the owners texted to check on our progress. Not once did they ever have anything but a positive attitudes. We made it in and got settled very late. The time difference had us off slightly. The whole cabin was well furnished and extremely clean. It was very roomy and came with amenities most 5 star hotels don't! I was completely shocked at the experience and have now found a new place for my family to go whenever we feel a need to "get away", which is often! Upon our departure, the owner was even nicer than when we first met! I am so pleased with this place I will recommend you trying it out for yourself. If you don't like your first night is on me! ***Wink wink*** Make sure to check in for great coupons and little bonus gifts. Upon arrival, we discovered a lady bug/beetle infestation. The dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty and also had beetles on them. The kitchen is also not a full kitchen as advertised. of the two bedrooms, one of them does not have heat, and the other one has a hidden baseboard heater which you are not made aware of. This resulted in us sleeping without heat before the first night. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy. Only 2 of us (out of 6 people) showered the entire weekend as the showers were very unclean. We had dog hair in the sheets of our bed. We realize mistakes can happen with cleaners so tried to work with the property owner, Jeff in hopes of working something out and issuing a partial refund for everything we encountered last weekend. He was very unprofessional and left us no choice but to contact AirBNB for help. After seeing our photos and videos, they agreed that we deserved a partial refund. I just wanted to help inform others to avoid renting from Crystal Adventures at all costs! It was a very unfortunate situation for our family.

The river was just beautiful and less busy than others in the area. In hindsight I wish we had each gotten our own kayaks instead of doubling up in canoes as the river is tricky to navigate in the larger sized vessel at times. The first two years we rented the same RV, which did not have issues,and drop off and pickup went fine. This year they rented us a different vehicle. Within a half hour of delivery water was leaking all over the floor. We had to delay our workday for them to come back figure out the issue, go out and get a part and come back and fix it. On day 3, the bathtub filled with smelly, gross water. We called and they said the greywater tank had filled up - which seemed crazy to us because the only water we had used was for the four of us to brush our teeth. None of us had showered, etc. Still, we paid for the campsite manager to come and pump the greywater out ($80!). The sensor also showed the freshwater tank was empty so we paid another $80 for the campsite to bring the truck to fill it up - but when they hooked up they said the tank was practically full. So, we wasted that $80 and it proved that we had barely used any water. Also, the sensor was broken, which we had not been told. We honestly weren't going to bring any of it up, but then Jim texted that he was going to charge us a cleaning fee. We had asked about cleaning and he said "nice but not necessary." Still, we made sure all the dirty linens were in one place, all the trash was bagged and ready to be takenout, etc. We are all adults and had barely been in the RV (12+ hour work days) so it really wasn't messy. Getting charged a cleaning fee on top of already having to lose time because they didn't check that they were delivering a working RV and having to pay $160 because they hadn't emptied out the grey water and had broken sensors, really felt like adding insult to injury, so we let Jim know everything that had happened and ask him to make it right. He absolutely refused, poo-pooed our issues, claimed no responsibility for anything and charged us the cleaning fee. The character of a company is shown when things go wrong.Things went wrong and instead of making it right, this company made it worse. Do not give them your business.

We were told the charge would be only for the part, but the invoice from the shop showed the belt was $219.34. When I asked about the difference, they said labor and tax were included -- but those weren't supposed to be charged to us. They shifted blame, didn't take any responsibility, and were not transparent about the charges. After seeing other reviews, it looks like this isn't a one-time thing -- they seem to have a pattern of refusing to work with customers when something goes wrong. Absolutely Terrible!

Our booking and UTV experience with Memories was excellent from start to finish…read more Because there was rain forecast the day we wanted to book, we were able to book a same day rental for my family of four. We arrived at 3pm after filling out the online waivers, and got equipped with helmets, goggles, and an awesome vehicle with "No Doors" for the kiddos excitement. The GPS made our self-guided experience fun and easy, and the trails were a blast! As a first timer, I found driving the vehicle easy, even on the bumpiest of terrain. Just make sure you turn around at the halfway point of your rental so you have time to make it back! We pulled in a little late because we thought the GPS route was a loop. It is NOT. :) The girls in the shop are awesome, they offered the boys a chance to meet their new puppies, too.
