He is also a rider and very knowledgeable of all the brands they sell. They have a pretty good selection of SkiDoo and Polaris sleds on display so you can see all the different features. After the purchase they introduce you to the service and parts people and I also got a great demonstration on how all the new goodies work. These new sleds are just as hi-tech as cars these days! As much as new toys cost now it's nice to deal with a company that appreciates your business. There is a reason they've stayed in business for so long.

Per Jessie, "we do not put coolant or oil in the jet skis." So---we asked, "What are we paying $400 for?" His response, "we just check the fluids." He didn't tell us the results either. So apparently they were low but we didn't get the report. So when our jet ski ran out of oil he blamed us cause "we don't put oil in the ski, we just check the levels." For $400, I could get my 16 year old to do that...and replace the oil. Something is sketchy about this place.

There were two girls at the end of the dock who seemed to be cleaning boats, as well as filling gas, who were also very caring and kind. They most definitely did not deserve to be treated like that, as this business has surpassed all boat rentals that I have used in the past, in every aspect. If we could give Old Point Comfort Marina a 10 we would!!!…read moreWe finally decided to get a new motor for our pontoon boat. Our old motor was overheating and we went to Old Point Comfort Marina. Even though it was the middle of summer they got us our new motor quickly and we were back on the water in less than a week. A few weeks later we took the boat out and the engine stalled and we could not get it started and had to be towed off the lake. We called OPCM and they sent someone out to our boat immediately. After running some diagnostics they determined we had a faulty fuel pump and we would need to pull the boat and bring it in. We thought our boating season was over but OPCM went WAY above and beyond customer service by finding the part and getting it installed and getting us back on the water to enjoy this Labor Day Holiday.
