Also a cheese and snack section that was overlooked on this visit. I quickly was in the spirits section so looked at Scotches, some nice sale prices that I'll research in the future. In the tequila section I saw a unique mezcal and put it my cart right away. I didn't look at all the wines, just concentrated in Spain and Portugal, with the later having several nice options. Not the exact bottle I came in search of, but enough to find a substitute. I then turned my focus to beers. I think the selection was ok, not stellar. I didn't find anything new, but was happy to see offerings by some of the better local(NY, and Pa) breweries. I didn't leave empty handed. At the register the female cashier enrolled me in the bottle club, which immediately saved me $5 bucks! No email needed. A good experience all around and one that will bring me back here for more bottles, but maybe not cans......

Amazing selection of craft beers, sure they've got all the usual ones ie Dogfish, Voodoo, etc. but they have 3 refrigerated cases containing some very unique beers from many of New Jersey's smaller craft breweries that I just don't see anywhere else I go. See my pictures attached if you don't believe me. These are all refrigerated as the craft breweries demand so they are always cold too! Any questions ask for Eric. This guy knows them all. He knows the breweries, the hops they use, all the varieties. This is the place to go if you're into beer! Five easy stars! Best craft beer store I've seen in NJ!!

I go there for the beer because they used to have a good selection of Belgian ales, and beers from other countries. Lots of empty shelves where I was hoping to find Irish or English product. Nice cocktail, wine, and beer selection. Calamari appetizer (sadly forgot to take a photo) was perfect for sharing amongst 2-4 people. Tender bites (rings and tentacles - I prefer) with a perfectly light, crispy coating. Tasty. Both the scallops & risotto were honestly some of the best I've ever had (and I order this often at seafood joints). Sweet meat, large size, crisped atop. The risotto was creamy and very flavorful (subtle white wine) with mushrooms and spinach throughout. The salmon piece that I tasted was very soft and fresh. My party seemed satisfied. Although I've had better crème brûlée, no real complaints. Nice crispy torched top. Texture was a little thicker than I like and the chill needed to come down to room temp more. It was pretty vacant prime time on a Saturday night, so I really hope things turn around. This area of NJ is severely lacking fine dining, so this spot is much needed. There are dining specials and DJs set up on select nights. Place does bring in an older crowd (makes sense for the area). Ample parking available. Come have a time or two!
