New to Chicago and brought my husky shepherd mix for daycare here. I've been coming back for 10 months because they do such an outstanding job. Highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for daycare needs in the West loop area.

It'll be three years next week since our pup started going to Happy Tails and every time she goes her whole body shakes with excitement. You can tell staff truly know, love, and care for the dogs.

They do such a great job here. Easy to communicate and schedule with via text. So friendly too! Our dog always looks dapper after coming here

Grooming was so great for peanut I was nervous as it was my first time taking him so didn't know what to expect but he looks so pretty! Will be taking him here now as I had issues with other groomers before

Cash had the best time at Happy Tails & Trails! The location is also super convenient to my office. So it's a quick drop off and pick up process. The staff is also so friendly and welcoming. Always filled with so much positive energy.

Our dog

We adopted a bernedoodle lab mix, she is the sweetest dog. With her rapid growth, she isn't quite aware of her jumping could hurt someone and we were unsuccessful with at home, private dog lessons to curb the behavior. We brought her to Happy Trails for board and train. They sent daily videos of training. I was really nervous about how she was being treated (you just never know.) It was obvious from the videos she was at ease and not scared. We felt like the owner, Amy, really went the extra mile to work with our dog. She came back just as sweet and much better behaved!

I just took my bernedoodle puppy to Nicole for her first puppy cut, and am so pleased with the outcome! Nicole was very patient with my pup, and listened to exactly what I wanted. When I picked up my little one, she was calm and happy. Her haircut looks great, the price is reasonable, and it was easy to get an appointment. Definitely recommend Nicole for puppy grooming and doodle grooming!

I'm the owner of Rusty, the dog who passed away unexpectedly at Happy Tails and Trails on Monday. Rusty was truly one of a kind. I wasn't raised to put animals on a pedestal, but Rusty changed all of that. His disposition matched what we were looking for, and what our parenting skills matched. He was wise and respectful beyond his years, curious, playful, and incredibly friendly. Whether a strange shy human on the elevator, a muzzled pup in the street, or a tiny yappy dog, he was always able to find common ground and surprise those around him. As well, he was a good looking boy, and constantly got compliments from passers by. He was the fucking man. I received a call today that our 14 month old boy's "ashes were ready" (fuck) and we are still awaiting the autopsy report. This week sucks. Regarding the company, my wife and I became close with the owner over the past year, and have referred numerous clients. I genuinely believe she and her son (and staff) love dogs, and hate what happened. I do feel for them. The fact that Rusty allegedly was dead (with rigor mortis) for an hour before he was found and brought in to the vet is very fucking disappointing. The vet said to them quote, "what do you expect me to do to this dead dog?" This isn't to say they wanted this to happen (and I may amend this review when the autopsy report comes back), but come on, he was a 1 year old champion pup, and after suffering heat exhaustion on a very hot and humid summer Chicago day was placed in a cage (per normal procedure we weren't privy to, which we would NEVER put him in), which clearly wouldn't help lower his body temperature. His "bestie" from our building, Sully (2 months older yellow lab), is STILL in the hospital due to the conditions that day. What the fuck? This was our boy, and we entrusted his life with them. Again, I think this company loves dogs, but Marcus may be correct that they are caring for too many dogs with the staff they have. This is evidenced by how long it took to find Rusty and Sully weren't okay. Sincerely, Wes & Lexi on behalf of Rusty

They are simply the best there is. They take care of dogs as if they are their own. That's the highest compliment I can give.

Do you trim cats nails? I have two five-month-old kittens and I'd like to find a place close by to have their nails trimmed regularly.

I'm sorry we do not do cats

5 stars! My puppy Wriggs just graduated from Puppy Training School yesterday…read more He absolutely loved going every Tuesday evening and learned a lot! Michael, the lead instructor was very knowledge and made the class fun for both me and Wriggs. Michael would walk us through a few commands each night, showing us proper techniques; and how to practice the commands at home. The socialization aspect of this class, to me is as important as learning the commands. Time is set aside for the puppies to play with each other, off leash. Wriggs would come home each night, and CRASH asleep for about 8 full hours. He also enjoyed the attention when we practiced the commands at home, giving him an outlet for his high energy. Keep up the great work PAWS!

I learned so many things I was doing were actually counterproductive for training and this class really helped me learn the correct ways to help my pup learn. My pup really enjoyed these classes she learned so much and made many friends. We were enrolled in the starter puppy class and I really recommend it for anyone who has a puppy. We are looking to enroll in the next step class Bcs we find these classes SO helpful! Mike was our Puppy Professor and he was so wonderful in teaching us humans the best way to communicate and teach our doggos.

I highly recommend Anything is Pawzible. I did a lot of research after adopting my new pup and…read morechose this place because I appreciated that they offer both dog training as well as behavioral consultations. I started with a virtual behavioral consultation with Yvonne. It was fantastic and really helped, so I immediately signed up for the Basic Pawzibilities class, which was also led by Yvonne. It was a wonderful experience for me and my dog. The facility is super nice, the class size was just right, and Yvonne is a fantastic instructor. My dog learned so much and her overall demeanor has improved dramatically since taking the class. I also think the services provided are offered at an exceptional value. I'm very pleased and will likely sign up for additional programs here in the future.

Yvonne has a wonderful way with dogs and is very equipped to deal with challenging dogs.  Darby quickly warmed up to her because she knew the right way to interact with him.  He quickly learned to trust and LOVE her.  She has become his favorite person by far!  She has helped us immensely by teaching us how to meet Darby where he is at and engage him.  Make no mistake- you have to do the work if you want your dog to get better. It is HARD WORK.  But you will have a knowledgeable, funny, and caring teacher right behind you if you work with Yvonne.   Darby is still working very hard, but he has made such huge strides. In a year, we went from a dog who was snapping and growling at us to joining a group class!!!  We never thought this would be possible!!!  We just can't believe he is the same dog!  We just finished the Basic class with Yvonne and it was fantastic.  The Avondale location is spacious, so you have plenty of space to work with your pup and the homework is helpful and just enough- not too overwhelming. It is great value for the price! I can't say enough positive things about experience. If you have a challenging pup, this is the place.  There is hope. Thank you, Yvonne and Anything is Pawzible!
