I have found the cashiers and staff to be friendly and helpful over the years. Parking is easy on the side of the store, just drive up the ramp to the second floor. The escalator is steps away from the parking lot to take you right down to the inside of the store where the carts are waiting for you. There is also street parking. Next door is Wells Fargo for your convenience. I don't live close by anymore but whenever I'm in the Edgewater area, I like to stop in. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their prices tend to be on the high side.

Errors at the deli, unorganized shelves, unclean floors and restrooms, and numerous pets on every single visit (despite the signs at entrances saying NO). You can often see ten or more pets inside as you shop. Twice I've witnessed some peeing on bottom shelf items. The restroom condition is pretty nasty.

The eggwich hit the spot and was filling actually caused me to take a nap! I'm not sure what the issue might be here in your market (maybe refrigeration setup) but addressing it would greatly improve the quality and customer experience.
