They listened, asked questions, and groomed my babies exactly as I asked --and in a very timely fashion! Also, worth a note, the morning I brought my babies in was quite chilly but inside the shop was warm; obviously kept a comfortable temperature with wet babies in mind. The shop was also very clean and the kennels were roomy! I feel fortunate to have these ladies in town and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

The price was affordable so I decided to give them a try. They worked me in to their schedule the next day. They were willing to work with me on shampoo because i am allergic to most of the scented ones. I was pleased their waiting room didnt smell nor did it have the artificial strong chemical cover up smell. It just smelled and looked clean. My skittish, rescue mommas boy wasn't sure about them at 1st, but when I picked him up, not only did he look great, he was wagging his nub-tail and was happy. While I waited for him I observed 4-6 other owners picking up their dogs. All looked good and were happy dogs. I will go back and can highly reccomend them.
