They listened, asked questions, and groomed my babies exactly as I asked --and in a very timely fashion! Also, worth a note, the morning I brought my babies in was quite chilly but inside the shop was warm; obviously kept a comfortable temperature with wet babies in mind. The shop was also very clean and the kennels were roomy! I feel fortunate to have these ladies in town and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Ever. She has moved and expanded twice in 6 years, and her prices have not gone up at all, and her service has not faltered in any way. Her boarding facilities and care are beyond compare; she tends these animals as if they were her own. They included Chihuahuas, Laborador, English Bulldogs, terriers, Staffy mixes, Curs, most who were rescued dogs, fosters that we came to love. The variety of illnesses, snakebites, hereditary issues, accidents, diseases and age related situations, have been diagnosed and treated well. My background is human and animal medical imaging. Their standard of care, in a busy practice is excellent. As a responsible pet owner, vaccinations, neutering and overall care is important. Though we rarely see Dr. Moore, he will always be an example of a high standard of veterinary care. Dr. Shirley is a gift. When we ask them if they, " want to go see Dr. Shirley?" They do a happy dance to our truck. We have 7 rescue dogs, at this time. We pray that they have these wonderful folks as our veterinary team forever.

I've been going to him for a bit since I just moved into this area. I brought my girl in three times to run progesterone tests on her at $110 each time. She was ovulating, so I asked Dr. Noble to do an AI (artificial insemination). I had my kennel help bring the girl and male in on a Monday because she was ready. He did a side-by-side AI at $298--extremely high-priced for an AI, even a reproductive vet doesn't charge this price. He never tested the male's semen, which any good vet would do before inseminating the girl with the semen. Then I came back on Tuesday to do another AI, which is normal for breeding. Dr. Noble tested the male's semen under a microscope on Tuesday, which is the proper way before inseminating, only to find out that the male was not fertile. He called me, and I asked him if he could run a UTI test on the male. Dr. Noble asked what that would have to do with him being sterile. Obviously, his knowledge as a reproductive vet is very poor! Having a UTI can cause the male to be sterile--all that's needed is a little antibiotic, and it could be fixed! Dr. Noble was extremely rude at that point, refused to do the second AI, took both dogs and all my records, and sent my kennel help away. I felt awful for her--this mannerism as a professional was terrible. He dropped me as a client. What kind of vet is he that you can't ask questions? You should always have great communication with your vet! His staff is wonderful, but this is not a good vet who cares about animals or his clients!
