I do not often find myself lurking for food in Toowong Village but on the off chance that I do, Happy Noodles makes a pretty sensible option. For a food-court vendor, the quality of the food is pretty impressive. It is also very reasonably priced as the meals are huge.
Happy Noodles doe not look that impressive upon first view; their logo and display photos look like they have not been replaced since they first opened, but like all good Chinese restaurants, what really hits you is the smell. You know, that Chinese food smell that sends your cravings through the roof. I have had a few dishes from here and they do not disappoint. A lot of people seem to order the noodle stir-fry dishes which are indeed very appetising but I particularly like the noodle soup with braised beef dish, mainly because the beef is sooooo tender and packed with flavour.
The service here is always very friendly and you will never have to wait long for your meal to be cooked, even during their busier lunch period.
Out of all the food options in Toowong Village (it is pretty limited), Happy Noodles is the place I would recommend to anyone. read more
