Went in at 6:30 for a gel pedi, not knowing they closed at 7. The staff still took time to take care of me. Very reasonably priced too.

There's nothing HAPPY about Happy Nails Salon. The Salon takes walk ins and appts. I was a walk-in for a pedicure at 12pm, the RUDE owner said to come back in 35-45mins and sign in the appt. book. I returned to find some of the same clients still there getting their nails done. Several others came in after me including a party of 4 pedicures with appt. at 1pm. There were only three nail techs for the entire salon, which was never conveyed to me. The entire salon was full by then with walk-ins and appts. The 1pm appt. pedicures were put in their chairs and still waiting to get done after I was finished at 2pm. I asked if I could get my old gel polish sanded off my fingers. The nail took me over for hat e been a 5min service. The owner came over and started berating me, in front of a salon full of clients, that they did not have time and I only wanted a pedicure. She continued to rant and rave that I was the reason her appts had been waiting, I said so your not going to do me and she said NO I then said ok, I'm from out of town recommended to come here but will never come back nor will I recommend others to come. As I was leaving I apologized to the over full salon for making them wait. The truth is the OWNER is at FAULT for telling me to come back and over booking appts. and not having enough nail techs to provide the services. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GET NAILS DONE HERE!!! read more

This has to be the worst run nail salon i have been in. They over book Apts so then then rush to get it done and all that results in is a ruined set of acrylics. They didn't explain that when using the powder they cant do anything else untill you get a new set. The older lady is very rude and does a shitty job. I got my nails done after waiting over and hour suppose to be fill in and it cost me $43 dollars to have polish put on that chipped off after 2 days smh. I paid 50 for a full set. This place is a joke i wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever. When i went back to get them fixed i was talked to rude and was told she wouldn't refund my money she would simply paint them again (so they can chip again) and that is all. Very rude. Happys nails will lose my business from now on !!! read more

I hate going to Happy Nails and probably won't again. Even when I manage to get someone to answer the phone and schedule an appointment, I still have to wait 30 min to an hour! 2 out of the last 3 times, I had scheduled an appointment, they tried to take a walkin before me until I complained and reminded them I had been waiting (first time 45 min, this time 35 min). Then, they rushed and what normally lasts 40 min took 20 minutes, same price. I'd rather pay twice their price to get better customer service. read more

I wish Yelp had a zero star rating. This was a terrible experience. The most important thing is that the young woman cutting my cuticles was not paying attention to what she was doing. She cut me twice and stabbed me with the end of the cuticle clippers once. When my cuticle started bleeding, she put the tip of a bottle next to the bleeding spot and squeezed some blue burning liquid onto the cut. It was completely unsanitary, but I didn't understand what she was doing until it was too late. The young women who were working today were unfriendly and talked to one another instead of their customers. It was a truly terrible experience! read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom. My mother is elderly and really has limited mobility. Yet at happy nails, Jeff and Candy always accommodate her and make her feel welcome and beautified. It's nice to know she can get the kind of pampering without having ever felt limited. This is a professional place with excellent service and kind people. read more

Very rude and would not even acknowledge I was there. Then said it would be an hour just to polish toes. Will never go there again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more
