Started with deluxe pedicure for $53 charged me 15.00 for shellac that I said I did not want. The massage and pedicure felt like a 10 year old was doing it. Toenails clipped and filed crooked. Did not get dead skin off or under nail. Total walking out for a $53 pedicure was $73 read more

Will not be coming back!!! I sent my wife and my 2 sister-in-law's to go have fun day out on the town I get a call from my wife saying they accused her of not paying. Then the person who checked them out comes forward and said that's she didn't give them a receipt because she didn't think my wife wanted one. I will never be sending any my family members or people I know here ever again. read more

Love coming here!! Have been for years!! Absolutely LOVE Kim, Harold and Henry are absolutely amazing!!! Super fun to chat with. I go in as my crazy self and we always have fun. They are very clean! I've never had one issue. If I have, it was very minor and very easily solved. Could not recommend this place more!! I have been to the other places and they do not compare. read more

I went in and took my 11-year-old with me was way overcharged for both mine and her service. She did not get acrylic. She got basic shellac polish and was charged as an adult. I got tips on my nails. It was rushed. The service was rude. I can literally see the lining and my nails. It is a horrible job left paying $185 for me and 11 yr old for a horrible job the only thing I can say is my toes were done beautifully, but my nails look awful There is a whole hair painted into my nail. read more

The work in this place is horrible because they gave me something that was not close to what I asked for. They even over charged me for something that I did not like at all. don't go to this place if you want pretty and well done nails. read more

Service was rushed. My shellac peeled after two hours. Went back they dipped my nails in acetone that was already used by someone else. They used the only uv light on a customers toes and unplugged it to do my finger nails. Not sanitary what so ever. So disappointed. Will definitely not recommend it go back to that place. I give zero starts more like negative zero. read more

They suck called them to get quote on basic nails and feet they told me $45 but I k ew it would be more because we did more to the hand then I find out they did stuff that we didn't even asks for and my new price was $125 then they try to blame us even tho we never even looked at prices went off what they told us don't go here take your money to some other place read more

Worst experience ever. Nail tech was face timing someone while working on me. She argued with me because I didn't want gel and only wanted regular polish. Not sanitary- didn't have people wash their hands and didn't have tools in cleaner or packaged. Very rough and doused me in oil to massage. Left polish on my fingers and did a poor job on prepping cuticles and base coat. Will never go here again. read more

During my most recent visit, I went in for a simple fill. They passed me around to 3 nail techs. The first two did the fill and then "didn't like how it looked" even though I told them it looked fine to me. Then the next tech would drill off the refill and redo it. After so much drilling, my nails were extremely sensitive and was just in pain. A simple fill was finally done after an hour and a half. When I paid, I left a bigger tip than usual given that I had 3 people working on my nails. It was roughly a 45-50% tip but instead of the owner being grateful, she got mad that I paid with a card. She rudely said "Next time can you leave the tip in cash." Side Note: The next time I got my nails done, I went to a different salon. They removed my acrylics & said that the dips in my nails were so deep that they were surprised they they hadn't gone all the way through my nails! read more

If you're a big spender they treat you well. If you go in just wanting an eyebrow wax they treat you like you're a bother. I have been coming for 6 years to the same person and she still doesn't know my name. Sorry I don't get my nails done or my crusty feet buffed there. Bye bye! I'm done with this place. read more

Don't even think about it! This place sucks! Got a mani-pedi yesterday with shellac nails....nails are already peeling. The manicurist rushed through the manicure and obviously did something wrong. Don't waste your time or money. I spent $85 for a horrible job. The place is small and they rushed even though they had hardly any business. read more

This is by far the worst place to go get nails done. I was appuled when I was watching one of the employees standing up and asking my friend who was trying to tell her but she didn't Know anything then I had mine done one longer than the other crazy rude service people getting to go before us n we was there first total rip off piss poor job don't go here read more

I have been a customer for 8 years. I usually schedule my visits because they are so popular and I'm not one to wait too long. Service has always been exceptional. My nails and polish last for a MONTH! read more

I found them on Yelp while on a road trip. I called to see if they had a long wait and they said they had time for me. I arrived 5 minutes later, and waited 15 minutes for my pedi. I wasn't offered a spa pedi, and was given - what I can only assume was a basic pedi, since the lady sitting next to me was there before I arrived and still there when I left. I would have paid for extra treatment, had it been offered. The space was cramped and hot (in their defense, it IS 106 degrees outside). For the purpose of a quick, efficient pedi on-the-go, I give them 2 thumbs up and 20 cool points. read more
