I went in and took my 11-year-old with me was way overcharged for both mine and her service. She did not get acrylic. She got basic shellac polish and was charged as an adult. I got tips on my nails. It was rushed. The service was rude. I can literally see the lining and my nails. It is a horrible job left paying $185 for me and 11 yr old for a horrible job the only thing I can say is my toes were done beautifully, but my nails look awful There is a whole hair painted into my nail. read more

Service was rushed. My shellac peeled after two hours. Went back they dipped my nails in acetone that was already used by someone else. They used the only uv light on a customers toes and unplugged it to do my finger nails. Not sanitary what so ever. So disappointed. Will definitely not recommend it go back to that place. Worst experience ever. Nail tech was face timing someone while working on me. She argued with me because I didn't want gel and only wanted regular polish. Not sanitary- didn't have people wash their hands and didn't have tools in cleaner or packaged. Very rough and doused me in oil to massage. Left polish on my fingers and did a poor job on prepping cuticles and base coat. Will never go here again. read more

During my most recent visit, I went in for a simple fill. They passed me around to 3 nail techs. The first two did the fill and then "didn't like how it looked" even though I told them it looked fine to me. Then the next tech would drill off the refill and redo it. After so much drilling, my nails were extremely sensitive and was just in pain. A simple fill was finally done after an hour and a half. When I paid, I left a bigger tip than usual given that I had 3 people working on my nails. It was roughly a 45-50% tip but instead of the owner being grateful, she got mad that I paid with a card. She rudely said "Next time can you leave the tip in cash." Side Note: The next time I got my nails done, I went to a different salon. They removed my acrylics & said that the dips in my nails were so deep that they were surprised they they hadn't gone all the way through my nails! read more

I found them on Yelp while on a road trip. I called to see if they had a long wait and they said they had time for me. I arrived 5 minutes later, and waited 15 minutes for my pedi. I wasn't offered a spa pedi, and was given - what I can only assume was a basic pedi, since the lady sitting next to me was there before I arrived and still there when I left. I would have paid for extra treatment, had it been offered. The space was cramped and hot (in their defense, it IS 106 degrees outside). For the purpose of a quick, efficient pedi on-the-go, I give them 2 thumbs up and 20 cool points. read more
