Wow, what a great experience. Got the deluxe spa pedicure and jell manicure. Was a bit pricey for 75.00, but was well worth it. It was a special. Mother and daughter day. Lynn, Ann, Nicole, and kelly were are all super! Would recommend all of them for a wonderful, relaxing experience. read more

I was visiting a friend and came in for a pedicure. The service was prompt. They are also very personable and attentive. Lynn gave a great pedicure and she was so nice and gentle with my feet. She has great attention to detail. The only complaint I have is that there are no fans or polish dryers for your feet or nails. My DC manicures only last 3 days max for shellac before chipping but at Happy Nails, it's been almost 2 weeks and not a SINGLE chip!!!! Warning though, the message chairs are. I get my nails done all the time and I love to try new places, but I will never come back here. Prices are ridiculous. Overcharged me for a fill with regular polish. Never have I heard $25 for a fill with just regular polish. When I ask why it was so much, they said it's $24 for a fill & $1 for the length of my nails. Honestly so stupid!! Best pedi ever by Lynn! Had a mani pedi here. Lynn did my pedicure and it was amazing. I've never had such a long massage! And she was so sweet. I didn't catch the name of the girl that did my nails but she also did an awesome job- I asked for a design and she did great with it. This is by far the worst place I've ever been. I went to get acrylic nails and the man that did them said no to all my requests (which I know it can be done since I've had acrylic nails before) and a week later all my nails got separated from the acrylic, so I went to get them fixed (they said they would do it for free) When I had one hand with half of the acrylic off he told me that it was 18 dollars for filling and he couldn't take the damaged part 100% because that's not a fill, they told me the day before they would do it for free, and when I told him this never happened to me before, he said "how do I know that's true, you could be lying" so I just left with my nails all messed up and went to Signature Nails, where they did an amazing job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that wants to get acrylic nails. A place where they call their clients liers is not a good place. read more

I granted to get food and get my nails done and this is really close to panera. Inside it's kinda small... felt a little crowded with about 10 people in there. I was seated immediately but was not told I would have to wait there 15 minutes with my feet in the water. That was a little annoying. The chair massages are nice but standard. The place didn't stink of acrylic which is a plus for me. They tend to upcharge for everything. Even using OPI Infinite shine polish which I find ridiculous. They charge extra for the hot stones too. The prices on yelp are outdated. The basic pedi is 26 and spa is 40. Everyone was nice and there wasn't a problem with communication, much appreciated. They did an OK job with the pedicure but I have to say I don't think that I'll be coming back here. The thing that got me is that they didn't sanitize the bowl of the woman next to me before sitting someone else. I'll be going to several other places that charge less and provide more. read more

During COVID-19, I felt safe and clean as the staff had you complete a risk screening questionnaire and took your temperature. Also, they require a mask or you can buy one for cheap. I too went here because it was close to my hotel and came recommended by the concierge. The service was outstanding. I had a pedicure, a manicure, and I got my eyebrows shaped. Since I didn't have time to do everything at once, the women at the salon let me come back the next morning to get my toenails polished. They were so sweet and accommodating. I was also impressed that they knew all of their regular customers' names and that their customers knew all of their names. I never knew this was here. One day I decided to go inside and check it out. I met Tran and she did my nails. I'm not a nail girl normally but with my business now I need to. She introduced me to powdered nails. I wasn't quite sure what it was but I loved it. She is extremely good at what she does and a great multitasker. I have to admit I was a bit intimidated when I walked in. You stand at the door and they ask you what you want done. Everyone is looking at you. For someone who is self-conscious it is quite uncomfortable. The girls are very friendly there but some are hard to understand. The actual place is clean and they follow strict guidelines which is great because I know I'm in a clean place. Bottom line is they are clean, knowledgeable and my nails come out great. From what I understand, they are a little bit more expensive than others but when I can walk in with a problem and they fix it with no charge, well I'm impressed! Y'all go get your nails done here. Beyond horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Not only are they rude but they do a poor job. Got a new set and they were so thick and chunky and not even at all, I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed the very next day and the place said it looked like I would need a fill in a few days because she didn't go all the way to the cuticle. The acrylic also has bubbles in it and each nail is uneven and a different size and shape. Shelled out $40 for the deluxe pedicure and it was really just OK. The leg massage was long, and she kept rubbing the same spot over and over until it felt raw. Not a strong enough leg massage for the price. The polish was nicely done, but this place doesn't have driers. Literally the only nail place that have been to that I was not able to dry my toes before I left. I was there for almost 2 hours. 40 of those minutes I was soaking in a foot tub that got cold from waiting so long. I don't know if I'll go back for a manicure but they're really close to my house so I might give it another chance. read more
