No accountability from the owner at all, and he doesn't expect any from his employees either. The crew showed up late, spent a lot of time on their phones and smoking, then went over their scheduled time and still expected me to pay for it. After an hour of waiting for an ETA i messaged a cancelation and left. 15 min after all that, several hours after my first request for eta, they arrived and claimed they held up their end of the bargain. Waiting on a refund--after all one of my first texts involves being told I would get an ETA and I was very proactive in asking for one multiple times. Edit: I feel certain that they will refute this, but I have screenshots With time stamps. Their " Multiple calls to send an ETA" We're at most three back-to-back calls 15 minutes after I had texted to cancel because I had not gotten an ETA... And do they count as an ETA if they're actually at your house and there's no voicemail?
