Updated review. I thought I loved this place. I went in on a Tuesday night and called ahead to ensure I could come in for a dip on my nails. I stayed in the salon for over an hour and a half!!!!! After that, the nail technician let me know that she did the dip wrong and started laughing in my face that it was wrong and asked "can you come back?" I had spent over and hour there actually In a rush...absolutely no I cannot come back. She kept laughing and thought it was funny that she did the dip sequence wrong. I was NOT HAPPY. they didn't even offer me not to pay. I said I'm not paying, here's 10 bucks I'm not coming back. Also it was literally 58 degrees in there during the polar vortex. I will not be going back. No way no how!!! Not to mention my nail just chipped tonight. Yuck read more

The lady that did my nails was Nancy, and she was very sweet. This was the first time that I got yellow nails and coffin shape and I LOVE it! This took around 1 1/2 hours which was long, but I had a lot of requests. It cost $35 which seems right. Would recommend! read more

I found this place when the covid restrictions were being raised and my usual place was being redecorated. My first visit was okay, although an older lady took care of me and wound up cutting my toe. I didn't make a fuss but thought it was rather unprofessional. My second visit was very different. I had a lady named CC and she was very good. I called this week to make an appointment with her but she was on vacation so I made an appointment anyway. Unfortunately, I got the woman that had cut my toe the first time. She also did not give me the services that I saw other clients were getting with cleaning underneath the nails and scrubbing the heels. I had to remind her to do this. She does not speak much English but whenever I would tell her she had not done something she would say "yes, yes" but would go ahead with what she wanted to do. It took her two hours to give me a mani/pedi for the price of $65. This is not professional at all. I am happy to pay the price as I knew what to expect but not the service I received for it. Needless to say, I did not leave a very fat tip. I will not frequent this salon again. It's really a shame that one person can spoil a much looked forward to nail treatment. read more

I had to wait a long time so I definitely would make an appointment but it was still a good experience. I came into this salon on a whim as I didn't want to deal with all of the parking issues associated with my typical city spots and I happened to be in the area. I am super picky about nail salons, so I was admittedly skeptical. Anyway, I'm glad to report that this place is so great! The staff is super friendly and sweet, prices are reasonable and above all, they do a really nice (and thorough) job! I've been hesitating to give this review. But it's bothering me because every time I look down at my nails, I remember and get mad at myself for not speaking up while I was there. I called at 6:45 to ask if they could take me for a pedicure and full set. He said yes. I said I was on my way. He said take about 10-15 minutes because they are busy right now. I asked how much for a gel full set and Naresh (the owner) aka the guy asked someone else in the salon and then said to me "$28." I headed over to the salon and got there at 7:00pm. I awkwardly sat there until I decided to pick a color. It was nice that I wasn't rushed to pick my color. Well, the choices are really nice on Essie polishes. Idk why a salon would even have Sally Hansen colors. The OPI polishes and no-chips are co-mingled and make it confusing when choosing your color. They finally took me at 7:30pm and I sat in the massage chair for about 15 additional minutes soaking and awkwardly waiting for someone to start my pedicure. Then the guy approached me with a printed paper which frankly I was appalled because it's an crinkled document and has a price list of pedicures and scents. I chose the basic because it was $28. I know it's kind of pricey but they also have bills to pay and they're in a good location so it's understood. Finally "Kellie" starts working on my toes. It was the weakest massage, cuticle cutting and work that I've ever experienced. The girl could barely file my nails and my nails were long. Well, it's almost closing time and I said to the guy "I'm going to leave and will come back another day since you're closing." He hesitated and told me, "We have time. The customer is our priority." I thought this was great! When "Kellie" was almost done with my pedi, "Nancy" came by and looked at my nails. I had asked her to soak off my current acrylic nails and add a fresh gel set. She decided to start ripping at my nails and I shared with her my last experience where the woman did the same to me. I told her to please do a soak off. Suddenly, at like 8:10, a woman walks in and asks for a no-chip manicure. The guy didn't know the prices and again referred to "Nancy" for guidance. This was so annoying. The guy wrapped my nails in acetone cotton and foil. He didn't know how but he did a good job. Once my pedi was done, I was instructed to sit in a chair and wait for Nancy. Well, Nancy started working on that woman's No-Chip manicure. I was, once again, sitting there awkwardly. For some reason, the man decided to share that he had one negative review and boasted of how great his services are and went on and on. He only has 3 workers and their focus on the customer at hand and spending time on them while having others wait isn't right. Honestly, there's no need to defend your salon but if you're wrong, admit to your errors and learn from them. Nancy finally took me around 8:45. At this point, I'm annoyed, tired and running low on patience. Nancy started working on my nails, gently taking off my old set, which I appreciate, so as to not hurt my nail bed. She must have realized the time and started suggesting a dip polish or no-chip even though I had asked for a new gel set with tips. Alright, long story short, she did a gel overlay at my request because I couldn't bear to stay there any longer and it was just about 9:30pm. This is the point where I couldn't believe what happened. The guy came by and told me that it would be $40 for the gel set. I argued with him for a bit because he has specifically told me it would be $28. We went back and forth and he said acrylic would be cheaper but gel is more expensive and that's why it would be $40. I was upset. Nancy asked me if I wanted square or round nails. I said squared. Nancy had long rounded nails and I complemented them because they looked nice. THIS WOMAN ROUNDED MY NAILS AND CUT MY TWO FINGERS WHILE FILING THEM ROUND. When I pointed it out, she started giggling. This was not amusing to me at all. Then the guy, asks Nancy if he could give me a discount of $5 since he was going to "hook me up." That's not a hook up at all. He should've honored the price he gave me over the phone but he didn't back down at all. I finally left there at 9:55 with two bloody fingers and a shape I didn't ask for. I did not tip and I really hope they weren't expecting me to. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. Yes, it's clean but that's mostly because it's a new salon and they are barely starting but should give you what you pay for. I really wanted to like this salon because it's close to where I live, is clean and new and the staff was very friendly but the customer service was just terrible. My mom, sister and I scheduled for pedicures at 6:30. Upon arrival we were greeted happily and told to choose a nail color off the wall. The nail selection was thin compared to the many salons we have visited before but I brushed that off considering how new they are. We were then told that some polishes were $3 extra on top the $28 for the pedicure. It was very confusing and could have been executed much better by having a separate wall for more expensive polishes. This salon has a tiered system for their services. We were handed a wrinkled sheet of paper with writing all over it. The $28 dollar option (pedicures can go up to $55) includes file/cuticle removal, 15 min "massage" and "aromatherapy" scrub & lotion plus the painting. Use of hot towel was crossed off from this tier with a pen. Normally we get all that for $25 at other salons. Once we chose our fragrance we were seated at the massage chairs at 7:00. The pedicures didn't start until 7:30, without any apology from owner or staff. I thought I would have gotten something more for what I paid for but the "aromatherapy" scrub they used was cheap feeling. They used about a teaspoon for each leg/foot (which I feel was skimpy) and the top coat they used was poor quality compared to other salons. They used Sally Hanson when others use Seche Vite. This owner cannot take constructive criticism on his new business, so if you are unhappy with the already expensive services, he will tell you not to come back. That is very unfortunate because this place had a lot of potential. They are new so everything was clean, they even use bags to cover the tubs which I liked a lot. Overall, I wouldn't come back here. They tried to swindle me by charging more than other salons and using cheaper products. I hope the owner takes all these comments into account to better his newly opened business. If not, I'm afraid they'll go downhill. I'll tell all my girlfriends to stay far away. read more

I do not usually like to post anything negative about a business, however I must admit I have been very disappointed in the services recently and feel others should be aware. The first time I went, my dip manicure was excellent and lasted a month with no chips. Unfortunately, the kind woman who did them at that time is no longer there. I have since gone two more times for dip manicures each done by a different person and both times had chips in less than a week. It's been exactly one week now and two nails are coming off completely. The previous time I went and had it fixed and they did so kindly with no charge. Now that this happened a second time, I am disinclined to go back period. On top of that, I had booked and appointment to go with a friend to have dips done at the same time, but they had 4 appointments and only 3 people working. I had to wait 30 minutes before someone started working on my nails and then each person came and did something different. I do not think they should book more than they can accommodate easily and should be more organized. I understand this business is just starting, but why agree to book my appointment if you couldn't accommodate our needs in the first place? Nice people, clean salon but the services should be worked on. Oh, and my pedicure also chipped after only 2 days. :( read more

I guess I should start with the pros Pros: Nails came out nice Ladies that work in the salon are nice Even recognized one from Windy City in JP! (Prob go there instead of this place) Very close to my job/ convenient (that's why I wanted to love it:/) Okay let's get into the cons CONS: Way too over priced (Especially since the rude owner guy told me to "call around to other businesses in the area" like I haven't lived here my whole life & haven't been getting my nails done for years like I don't know the prices in my area) I mean $48 for a no chip fill? A FILL?! I have never paid more than $30-35 for a fill no chip or not. Simply crazy Prices are not clearly stated, labeled or placed anywhere in the salon. Pamphlets, SOMETHING?!? all they had behind the desk put away was a nasty written on price list This place is not clean at all. No towels/paper to dry hands with, a waxing stick stuck in the sink drain, hot waxing pots placed on top of things, no space ridiculous & to top this all off reading the reviews on how the owner treats customers that don't give him great reviews, bragging with other customers about receiving negative reviews, and his whole demeanor & my interaction with him definitely solidify's me never returning! & with being an Esthetician myself & knowing regulations of a spa.
