I just had them come for a Residential Steam Clean, Sliding Door Tracks Steam Clean, and steam clean of my A/C Unit closet. I wasn't home while they were there but from the previous reviews I felt comfortable having them there. I had no issues! When I arrived, the home was sparkly clean. I immediately went to check my A\C closet and I just let out a big sigh of relief. It was sooo clean. Some others have tried to clean it before but because theres so much dust in there, they don't do a great job. 10/10 by Happy Clean. All of the sinks, faucets, and stainless steel in the home are literally shining from a mile away. No water spots to be seen anywhere. No dust or dog hair spotted anywhere! The only downside for ME personally (a frugal medical student) is the price so I can't use their service every 2 weeks but definitely good for an intermittent service when I want a deeper and detailed clean. I would recommend them to anyone but just warn them it is on the expensive side. Again, this may be a reasonable price for some other people. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Happy Clean, from the initial estimate, right through to the housecleaning service. When David came to provide an estimate, he was prompt, professional, and personable ... a great start! He provided a written estimate along with evidence of license and insurance, which is rare in this industry. The day before my scheduled service, he followed up to confirm. On the day of service, he and his team member arrived promptly (they were even a few minutes early), and worked non-stop for hours until the job was done. They were terrific, thorough, detail-oriented, flexible, and had a great attitude. They worked quickly with their own supplies and equipment; however, I shared a particular cleaning product I use for getting off heavy mildew in the bathroom and they were happy to give it a try, no problem. They went out of their way to come take a look at my apartment and gave me a more than reasonable fee. I was very satisfied with the work Happy Clean did cleaning our oven and stove. The oven in particular had very stubborn grease stains that would not respond to any of the usual oven cleaners. The cleaning person arrived on time, was very thorough and professional, and did a great job. This was not inexpensive but it was definitely worth the price.
