We have a wary and dog-reactive senior dog, cats (one is deaf), and a bunny. Wolfgang is incredible with all of them, and also treats our home with so much respect in the big and little ways (watering parched plants, tossing garbage in the bins outside, bringing in packages). His visitation notes make us feel so comforted knowing our pets are eating and using the restroom. We always feel guilty leaving them, but I know they're still getting lots of love and attention from an experienced caretaker who also genuinely loves animals. During our 3 weeks away, our son was here after work and overnight, but Mark came during the daytime to do feedings and walks. He worked around our schedule, sometimes coming twice during the day. We often have visitors, and our pup is very friendly with everyone, but he has a special love for Mark, as he is always SUPER excited to see him! Pawlette did a nice job of explaining how they run their business while Becky got acquainted with the cats. The first day we were gone Becky sent a photo of the cats so we could see they were doing well and that she had visited. Being the first time we had used Paws on the Run, this was very reassuring. We had an additional complication in that we were having a remodeling contractor come in on the third day and the cats needed to be confined to their room in the morning and released the afternoon. We were completely happy with the job Becky did of caring for the cats and making sure they didn't get involved in with the contractor. We appreciated getting photos of the cats from two of the five visits. Becky also left notes from each visit for us to read when we got home.

Our flight was coming in later than expected and she made an extra last minute visit for us to make sure the cats had everything they needed. She was even able to water our plants on a really hot day and left our trash cans out for pick up. She is fabulous with our two cats and truly amazing all-around! She uses an app which was new for me in regards to pet sitting, but now I LOVE IT! Somehow we found Hailey and called her and explained our situation and she accommodated us. Our child, Peter, is high energy dog . She told us to bring him in and she will evaluate. When I brought him in I was worried and had to tell her again that he is high energy to make sure everything would be ok. She met him and took him in and made sure I left feeling confident. She told me if he was uncomfortable she would take him home with her so he would be able to sleep. 100% would recommend Hailey. During our initial visit, she was very professional and helpful, and the facility seemed well run. We ultimately chose a home-based daycare for our 6-month-old puppy and canceled well in advance. In October 2025, I paid a $855 deposit via Zelle to reserve boarding and requested a refund after canceling. After multiple follow-ups, I was told the refund would be processed. I was later informed that the refund had been sent to the wrong person and would be corrected, with a commitment that it would be completed by February 18, 2026. Unfortunately, I never received it, and there has been no resolution since. I've attempted to follow up via phone (calls are no longer being accepted), WhatsApp (messages are read but not responded to), and email, but have not received any response. At this point, I am still waiting on the refund and have had to pursue formal channels to resolve this. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

We also have a reactive Australian Cattle Dog that Keelie and team were willing to work with in case we wanted to have them dog sit him in the future.
