This store was so cute! There was a good mix of staples like tank tops and jeans as well as…read moreseasonal items like the cutest sweaters. They also have gift items like candles and jewelry. The store was organized really well and had cute items throughout. One nice thing I noticed is they had plenty of the items displayed in the windows- it's always a bummer when you fall in love with something and then there are only a couple in the store. That's not the case here. There are dressing rooms in the back and the staff were helpful and friendly. They also were playing Taylor Swift which I appreciated.

Prices were on the high end but the products unusual so splurge-worthy. I went in there the other day and it looked like the buyers are now about 17 years old. Clothes you would find at the mall perhaps. The cashier was about 17 or 18 years old chatting with a group of her high school friends admiring torn jeans and tank tops. The vibe has changed somewhat and maybe that was their intention. I just think with Mayfair close by we have enough, Hot Topic and Ragstock's that it's not necessary to bring a satellite of those stores to the Wauwatosa Village.

This is my favorite boutique in Milwaukee. I have since moved away, but I have very, very fond…read morememories of shopping here, especially when Tracey was around. Tracey truly provided some of the best retail service I have ever received. Talking to her was like talking to a best friend, and she always helped me find exactly what I needed (including things I didn't know I needed yet ;)). All the workers here are very friendly, the clothes are beautiful, and the store smells amazing thanks to the wonderful Votivo red currant candles they use in the store (and sell!).

I really hesitated to write this review, but I decided it may end up being helpful. I adore Lela -…read moreI've shopped there frequently in the last several years and always had a top-notch experience with service and merchandise - used and new. However, my most recent experience was not good and hopefully it was a one-off. I stopped in to browse on a Saturday. I did not recognize any of the women working there (4 ladies), which is unusual because there's usually someone I'm familiar with. Anyhow, I was in the store for probably 15-20 minutes and no one greeted me, no one asked if I needed any help (even though one staff person was right beside me a few times putting clothes back on the rack). At first I was surprised and thought that I should say something to them, like "hey how are you doing" etc. However, they never stopped talking amongst the 4 of them - so much so that if I had said anything I would have felt like I was interrupting them! It was very disappointing and unusual - they didn't even take time to say have a good day or anything when I left. There was a Desigual t-shirt that I wanted to try on and purchase but I decided I wasn't going to give them my business since I had felt unwelcome and ignored. I went home and ordered online. Like I said, hopefully this was a one-off and they were all just having an off day.
