My mother-in-law is from Montreal and she makes us crêpes at home. They're soft, melt in your mouth, buttery deliciousness. The crêpes we ate here were crispy and overcooked, and not buttery or soft at all. If it wasn't for the banana in the Nutella, I don't think the crêpe would have any flavor at all. IMO they missed the mark but I may be spoiled by grandma Weezy.
