Initially a telephone call started the process at which time everything was set out and explained to us. Next a 90 minute home meeting took place at our convenience at which time the chef talked to us about our likes and dislikes determining how a menu should be addressed. She checked out our kitchen and what we had for her to work with. If you don't have what she needs to prepare what you have selected for the meal she brings it herself. You can select anything you want to have prepared. Next she does all the shopping, purchasing all superior foods and other ingredients including any distilled beverages that she uses during the cooking process. This was a special occasion for our 43 wedding anniversary. We had our guests arrive 30 minutes prior to dinner service during which time beverages were served. The 5 course dinner was superb. Afterwards they cleaned up the kitchen and everything used to prepare and serve us. I gave her a deposit prior to her purchasing the food and I was invoiced for the balance the next day which I paid by credit card. All in all they were here about 9 hours preparing, serving and cleaning up. We didn't have to do anything. I give chef Woods a 5 star review for her service. She is a fanatic to detail and perfection which was well received. Wonderful experience one which anyone should try especially if you want a meal prepared with exactly what you want. I have included photos of our experience

Prior to the event, he remained in contact with me and ensured that he knew what kind of music we needed to have and what the timeline would look like. When planning an event, it can be stressful to wait to hear back from different vendors, but Danny was responsive over email text and Facebook. He arrived early for the event and was set up well before the event began. Throughout the event, he ensured everything ran smoothly. His music selection was perfect for the event and he made sure it was loud enough but not overwhelming. In general, Danny was a friendly, helpful guy that interacted easily with everyone at the event. He was also professional and reliable. We were lucky to have him and I highly recommend you book him for your next event.

Head Chef Aaron curated a beautiful five-course menu for us in advance, and every single course was exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, creative, and comforting all at once -- each dish flowed seamlessly into the next and left us genuinely impressed. It was one of those meals where you pause, smile, and truly savor every bite. Pastry Chef Ebony not only created a custom anniversary cake for us -- which was absolutely delicious -- but she was also our server for the evening. Her attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made our night feel even more special. She anticipated every need and added such a personal touch to the entire experience. We were also deeply touched by the personalized menu designed for our celebration, which read, "Happy Anniversary -- cheers to one." That simple yet thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. Sous Chef Diego and the entire team contributed to an atmosphere that felt warm, intimate, and welcoming. The ambiance was beautiful and private, and the complimentary sparkling wine was the perfect way to celebrate such an important milestone. This was our first anniversary -- the beginning of many more to come -- and Blue Rock made sure it was unforgettable. Every detail, every flavor, and every gesture reflected genuine care. We cannot recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to returning.

The private offices permitted our business to obtain its HUBZone certification due to its location (hard to believe Old Town is a HUBZone). I highly recommend InnoVault Coworking, whether it's a shared space for a day, week, or month; or, a private office for long-term leasing. Other notable items of interest: the two conference rooms were handy when needed, and the kitchen and free coffee were always a good benefit. Our company held its annual holiday party in the main vault room, a place that exudes class! The staff set up the tables, chairs, and the catering area and made the party a success.
