Imprinted Photography was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad we followed her lead! Everything about our experience was beyond our expectations. Carly has a full photography studio right in her home! She welcomed us and got right to work at our scheduled appointment. Part of our package included makeup assistance, which was greatly appreciated by this sleep deprived first-time mama. I was very pleased by the mini-makeover, which was not at all overdone and very natural. Carly has an extensive collection of newborn outfits to select from, if you wish. They were all fresh and clean, organized by color. She also provided all different kinds of props, etc. as accents. She is very good at accommodating your preferences so you get exactly what you want. I think what stands out the most to me is the way she was able to get amazing photos, despite the fact our little one didn't always exhibit a positive attitude. She was baby whisperer extraordinaire. A preview of a few photos arrived promptly and the rest of the process of selecting photos and building an album went smoothly and in a timely way. I had TWO amazing experiences with Carly & Kyle! First, they took me to a beautiful location I didn't even know even existed for my maternity shoot. They had such a great vision and made me feel so beautiful and I will cherish those photos forever! They were patient with me and constantly making sure I was comfortable and feeling ok! Second, I had them do a newborn shoot with my baby girl at 2 weeks of age. They were so patient and they exceeded my expectations on the final product! I cannot say enough great things about Carley. She was so easy to work with! This was our second shoot with her. The first was a cake smash for our oldest daughter. The second was a family and newborn shoot to capture our preemie warrior. My wife and booked Imprinted Photography for our wedding last year on 03/29/19. My wife's sister recommended Carly and Kyle to us after she booked them for a friend's wedding. Going into our planning process my wife and I heard/read about bad experiences people have had with certain photographer's personalities. From the experience my sister in law had and our initial phone conversations with Carly we could tell that would not be the case at all. We had a tight budget for our wedding and Imprinted Photography gave us the best price of all the vendors we met with. With booking their services we were given a free engagement shoot. Being that we booked our wedding within a few months and crazy holiday schedules, our schedules didn't match up until just a week before our wedding which was perfectly fine for us. We chose to the shoot at the waterfront by the 9/11 Memorial in Jersey City at Carly's suggestions so that we would be able to get NYC views without having to go to NYC (a huge plus for us). This turned out to be one of the coldest and windiest days of the season, but we toughed it out with Carly and Kyle. We did a bunch of different shots outside and then went inside the old train station to warm up and get some cool shots inside before going back outside for wrap up shots. Carly and Kyle were so laid back and helping us keep our minds off the cold by all of us joking and laughing together. On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly. We had previously told Carly and Kyle that we did not want to spend a ton of time at the Church taking photos after the ceremony. They were able to organize all of us and work so efficiently that we were on our way to our wedding Venue in what felt like no time at all without missing any pictures. Throughout the entire night Carly and Kyle worked tirelessly to get so many amazing pictures of the whole wedding and our guests. Carly and Kyle took a handful of pictures from the engagement shoot and wedding to edit and give to us within 2 days of the wedding for a sneak peek. The pictures were so amazing that it built up our excitement in waiting anxiously to see all of pictures. Carly and Kyle wrapped up and made all of pictures available in about 5 weeks and we were so unbelievably happy with the results. The pictures came out AMAZING and they captured so many moments that we ourselves missed during the night. We are so happy to be able to look back on our wedding pictures and relive the night for the rest of our lives because of the amazing work of Imprinted Photography. Had a fantastic experience with Imprinted Photography for our newborn photo shoot. They were able to squeeze us in with very little notice (we booked very last minute), which we were so thankful for. The best part was that they came to our house (near Clinton, NJ and they travel) and setup shop right in our living room. We didn't have to go anywhere (which, as a new mom, I was so happy).
