Jae was one of the photographers who reached out and ultimately the one I ended up going with. Looking back, it was absolutely the right choice! He was incredibly helpful in planning out the proposal and choosing the best location for our photos. He answered all of my questions and was easy to get in touch with both before and on the night of the proposal, keeping me updated and making sure everything was ready before the big moment. The photos turned out perfect! Even today, they stand out as some of our favorite pictures. Fast forward 10 years later - I had an idea to get a kind of "follow up" set with our daughter for our 10th anniversary. I reached out to see if Jae was still in the area and if he'd have some availability to do these for us. He got back to me fast and we ended up planning everything out, starting right back where the proposal happened. This time was just as great! Jae was fantastic with our daughter and really helped bring out her smile. He was great posing us and knew exactly how to work each location we walked to. The photos (again) turned out fantastic! Being able to look back at both sets side by side, a decade later, is like opening a time capsule - it's just so cool!

She took the time to ask what I wanted and really wanted to know what I wanted to get from my photos. She asked about my details and what style I wanted. She was extremely sweet and from that phone conversation alone I could tell she had a true passion for wedding photography. Pamela wasn't just my wedding photographer, she was a friend. I booked her about a year in advance and she checked in periodically throughout that year. We had several interactions leading up to the day (phone, email, in person) where she spent time helping me plan the ends and odds of my wedding, she even helped me come up with my wedding timeline. She also visited my venue to brainstorm ideas before the big day and even sent me an itinerary. She really thinks of everything! On my wedding day, Pamela & her assistant Sergey (I hope the spelling is right) were phenomenal. They got a ton of great pictures and came up with a lot of amazing ideas for photos. They both are extremely detail oriented. They made sure my train was perfect at all times, that Matt's tie was straight, you name it, they saw it. At the end of the night, they even offered to stay later to get additional photos. I am extremely grateful for those two. I then received my wedding photos within 2 weeks, not just your standard preview or sneak peak but ALL of them and on top of that they look AMAZING. Thank you Pamela! I can't wait to get another excuse to use you in the future!

I first discovered Elle through an ad for her 40 Over 40 campaign and the moment I saw her work on social media, I knew I wanted to book. This shoot ended up being especially meaningful to me, as I used the photos to celebrate my second anniversary of being cancer-free. From the very first consultation call, Elle was incredibly thoughtful and intentional. She took the time to really understand my vision and made sure she could execute it perfectly. On the day of the shoot, everything exceeded my expectations. The hair and makeup artist she works with was phenomenal, and Elle herself was so patient, gentle, and accommodating throughout the entire day. She made sure I was comfortable at all times, checked in with me constantly, and ensured I got every pose, angle, and shot I wanted. I never felt rushed--we had the whole day, she took so many photos, and it was genuinely so much fun. Her calm, kind energy made the experience feel safe, joyful, and empowering. Elle is also incredibly organized and meticulous, which I deeply appreciate. And the turnaround time? Unreal. I had only asked if it might be possible to get one edited photo before my cancerversary date and told her I didn't mind waiting for the rest--but she delivered the entire album in about 24 hours! I was blown away. When I say I'm obsessed with the photos... I mean it. They are absolute perfection--my favorite photos of myself to date. And on top of that, she generously included several extra images, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Elle delivers not just stunning, high-quality photos, but genuine care and an unforgettable experience. She is worth EVERY penny, and I would book her again in a heartbeat.

With her gift for seeing what I couldn't yet see myself, she captured my brand flawlessly while making me feel completely supported and empowered every step of the way. (Longer version) From the start, I knew Elle's (EYP's) experience would extend far beyond just "taking pictures". She guided me with posing inspiration, prop ideas, outfit vision boards, and even ideas on how to use the photos and reels once we met for her reveal. She also arranged an on-site makeup artist and hairstylist, which meant one less thing to stress about that day and one more reason I felt so comfortable and cared for throughout the process. Her gorgeous studio (truly stunning and so intentionally designed!) is an experience in itself, with multiple setups, backgrounds, and lighting that added so much variety (and fun!) to the session. Most importantly, Elle challenged me to uncover how I wanted my brand to truly show up, and then captured it more beautifully and effectively than I ever imagined. Elle is the crème de la crème. If you are searching to elevate your brand and your business through photos that tell your brand's story, I honestly cannot recommend EYP's full branding experience enough! It was the single best decision I made for my business this year.
