As a Military Disabled, senior citizen…read morefemale it caused me to lose my Service Dog in training through Veterans K9 Solutions as I didn't have a fence she needed to have as I was having a total knee replacement which caused me to need a fence to allow her to go out to do her business with out me worrying about coyotes getting her. I not only lost my money but my mobility Service Dog. I was very grateful that she went on to another Veteran in need. To this I thank Veterans K9 Solutions where as Jerry Lyda has helped me. I have as of yet not been able to start training a new Service Dog. I may never see my money but I hope they serve jail time for many years where as no other person or persons has to go through loss because of these people!

Our system was repaired by Straight Paths 10 times before the system was turned on. The pipes were deemed faulty and the system wasn't replaced. I should have pushed for the system to be replaced but I didn't. I thought David would stand behind his work. That was a mistake on my part. We have had to repair the system several times over the past 3 years. The past 2 repairs David was contacted and he told us we needed to have grace and mercy. The repairs were completed by another company. I wanted to post this review just so people can be aware of the issues we have experienced.

I followed up, was told someone would be out "right away," and still nothing. Three weeks later, silence. In the meantime, I contacted SME. They gave me a fair price immediately and scheduled the work within a week. Two days later, the first company finally resurfaced to tell me they had "gotten around to me," and sent photos showing that because of their delays, the entire side of the lift had broken away. A total mess. I called SME back, and they jumped on it. They kept me informed, responded quickly, and handled everything like true professionals. In 20+ years of owning this dock, this is the best service I've ever had. SME earned my business for good.

Aside from being 3 months past the scheduled completion, the quality (or lack there of) rises to the level of negligence. I addressed the quality issues numerous times with Jacob, giving him repeated chances to remedy the piss poor work. But jacob stands behind the quality and his workers, leaving me no choice but to post these photos. I had to hire an independent dock repair company to inspect the work. He even tried to address the structural issues with Southern marine Enterprise's onsite foreman, and they just laughed Mark off. When I tried to address the poor craftsmanship with Jacob, he told me Mark didn't know what he was talking about, and that he was lying about the quality. Pictures don't lie.... For the safety of your family and friends please think twice, or three times, before hiring this company.
