We had a rep from this company come out in 2021. We needed a small walkway slab lifted and thought the price was a bit high for a small job (I get that they had a minimum charge) but booked it because of the guarantee. After a time, the concrete sank and we wound up having some communication issues trying to get them back. That being said, the owner wound up getting involved and after apologizing, he more than made it right. It is easy for a company to have a good reputation when everything goes right. It is much harder to maintain that reputation when things go wrong. I would recommend this company to do the right thing even when things don't go as planned. read more

What a pleasant experience! Extremely professional, prompt, courteous, affordable, and great…read morequality. I received several quotes from many other companies in the area. They ranged from two to four times the quoted price from fortified roofing. Many of them, after lots of back and forth, would come down on price. Some of them would even either come close or match the quote. But, why haggle?! The fact that fortified roofing had the price that all the other companies were actually able, in the end, to meet speaks to questionable practices on their behalf. Fortified roofing didn't have to haggle, they simply had the best price from the beginning. They did the work quickly, answered all my questions, and were able to provide evidence that the work was done as agreed to.
