Everyone said I was getting ripped off, so I reached out to some other companies for second/third opinions, including Ethan @ Roofers LLC. Not only did he identify the issue causing the leak, but he fixed it AT NO CHARGE. Do yourself a favor and forget about Guy Roofing. Roofers LLC may not be as "famous", but they sure as hell take better care of their customers!

I had Josh, the owner of Pugh Handyman Services, come over to our house once to do a job. He…read morearrived 45 minutes late, and never bothered to call to let us know he was running behind. In fact, we didn't even think he was going to show up. And when he did arrive, he never even apologized, but instead just blamed his lateness on the "traffic." I should've kicked him to the curb then, but unfortunately decided to be "nice" and give him another chance. Well, that was a mistake. I had Josh come over another time to give us a quote on a fairly major job. He spent at least 30 minutes at our house and seemed to be interested in doing the work. He then said he'd be giving us a quote soon. Guess what? We never heard from him again! If Josh decided he couldn't handle the job or just didn't want to do it, he could've politely said so. But no, he chose to "ghost" us instead. Does it get any more unprofessional than that? Actually, looking back, I think he did us a big favor. And I'm sure glad I didn't give him any money. Josh Pugh is a rude, immature coward who doesn't have the guts to tell you what he's really thinking. Apparently he has no problem ducking out and just leaving you hanging. Please stay away from this pathetic wimp and find a handyman who's a responsible adult instead.

Avoid Collins Landscape at all cost. The used car salesman of landscaping . Dishonest /…read moremisleading. Collins purposely shorts the product you order with their miniature "scoop" size. And once their delivery truck dumps at your site and you immediately realize that you were misled, you're stuck. Their Driver claims ignorance, admits something doesn't look right, takes multiple pics, and recommends you call the office as he drives away. The owner Gary Collins is, of course, unavailable / unresponsive for days and the manager's response is to ask if you want to purchase even more. LOL. They, after the payment and delivery when questioned, suddenly report they use a smaller Special Scoop Size than you will find at almost any other supplier (their scoop magically weighs your product... not a Yard but their version of a guesstimation "ton scoop." Yep not a Yard scoop that otherwise is the industry standard.) And you end up severely shorted with rock weighing 1.3 to 1.5 tons per yard scoop costing you and profiting Collins big bucks. So, when Collins is trying to sell you "Scoops", you better get in writing that it's not a cooking scoop or a news reporter scoop. Dont trust them. Dont pay in advance. Watch Them closely when loading your purchase... or Simply save yourself and just shop somewhere else. SHAME on you Collins Landscape of Anderson
