I asked for a slick finish with a super light broom finish so the dogs wouldn't slip. The concrete was left so rough even after I epoxied it in an attempt to smooth the concrete out some the dogs still get cuts on their paws. Not To mention I had to order, set up and pay for the concrete delivery myself bc the concrete company wouldn't do business with him ‍.

We had a rep from this company come out in 2021. We needed a small walkway slab lifted and thought…read morethe price was a bit high for a small job (I get that they had a minimum charge) but booked it because of the guarantee. After a time, the concrete sank and we wound up having some communication issues trying to get them back. That being said, the owner wound up getting involved and after apologizing, he more than made it right. It is easy for a company to have a good reputation when everything goes right. It is much harder to maintain that reputation when things go wrong. I would recommend this company to do the right thing even when things don't go as planned.

Virgil and his employees took over a project another vendor "completed" and turned a negative…read moreexperience into an exceptional project and experience for me. I wished I would have hired Virgil from the beginning. He was professional, trustworthy, reliable, and all I could have hoped for, as I was trying to manage the project from out of state. Virgil took this responsibility off of my plate, and even secured the permits needed for the project, going over and above my expectations and exhibiting exceptional customer service. Virgil cleared land for my site, leveled ground, placed a mobile home, secured a mobile home, created drainage on the lot, placed the home on the lot appropriately, with an eye towards preserving the existing trees as much as possible He also laid gravel for the driveway, and completed all plumbing for the property. I give Virgil and his business my highest recommendation, as Virgil is trustworthly, dependable, and an all-around exceptional person to do business with. The value of the services he provided was exceptional in every way. Tom March 2023

Ultimately, the crack was not a major issue, and Matt gave us great advice on how to fix it ourselves- down to recommending specific products. While he was here, we asked if he would be able to give us a quote for a new, larger concrete patio slab. He switched gears, and worked through all the specifics of what we were wanting and provided a great quote. We are very happy with our concrete slab- there is a smooth finish, no staining or cracking, and Matt personally came back afterwards to fill in a small hole that had been left in the ground by the concrete crews. I really appreciated that Matt did not try to sell us an unnecessary fix for the cracks we initially brought him out for, and am pleased with the concrete slab work that he and his team did for us. He was also very communicative, and checked in with us to confirm final details before setting them in stone (or concrete lol) Also shoutout to Matt for recommending a great screened-in-porch installer (Noble Space Outdoor Living) & coordinating dimensions and details with them. Our screened in porch would not exist without his recommendation and connections.
