If you are looking for a place to exercise, take classes, lift weights, run on new equipment, or have access to an Alter-G treadmill, this is the place!

This gym is spacious, very clean, and equipped with the same machines & weights as my gym at home. I like the way this gym is set up. The second floor is where you'll find their cardio, cross-fit area, TRX, personal training area, classes, and the women's weight room. The first floor is where the magic happens. The first floor is where you'll find the weights and machines. There isn't a ton of benches or squat racks, but enough if it isn't busy. Their deadlift platform is a huge plus for me. Also located on the first floor is their pool, café, and locker room. Overall, this gym is worthy of 4 stars. The only reason I'm giving it less is because of the price of their day pass. I don't think it's expensive, but at this location the $10 pass is only good for one session. At other Gold's Gym locations, their $10 pass is good for a full 24 hours from the date of your purchase. This is a big difference for me since I have a few "two-a-day's" during the week. At the other Gold's, I can get 3 workouts done in a 24-hour period. I wish this gym's day pass was good for 24 hours. Other than that, I will continue to workout here since it's pretty much the only gym in the area.

He is so knowledgeable about anatomy and all of the different systems that work together in producing optimum health, he's always learning more and incorporating it into what I need. He's super creative with different workouts, it never gets stale or old with Sal, he changes it up often while still keeping track of my progress. Sal is one of the most enthusiastic people I have ever met- which is really helpful when I'm in the thick of it and want to give up.. He never lets me! He is also really supportive- checks in often about how I'm feeling and if there is any minor tweak during training, he remembers to ask about it and makes sure to modify during the next session. The pilates exercises are amazing and supportive and feel like a little drink of water for your joints. And then the aerial yoga is SO amazing.
