Sal is the best applied movement guru! There are so many things about Sal's perspective on training that resonate for me, including his knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinetics. He does everything possible to ensure injury avoidance while listening to what it is that I want to achieve. The emphasis in our training is on sustainability and function for the long haul. So often, people are looking for quick results when they hire a trainer. I know because I've done that before. But what Sal has taught me is that persistence and progression is really the way to go. Simply put, Sal is amazing!! I was going to a local physical therapist after I dislocated my shoulder playing sports, however I was progressing slowly and was not getting the one-on-one attention that I wanted. Sal offered for me to go through training with him after I finished therapy, so I did and it ended up being the best decision I could make for my shoulder. He understood exactly where I wanted to be and he pushed me hard to reach my goals. He always has such a great attitude and is very supportive and enthusiastic about my progress. It is a clean bright space, but of course it's the people that you work with that make it amazing! Sal works with my sons doing Muay Thai Kickboxing. Sal is a great guy that you want to be around your children in hopes that his great attitude rubs off on them. I work out with Kara. She is new and a wonderful addition. My workouts are different every time, but based on Pilates. They are tough and effective. I couldn't be happier. read more
