He's super creative with different workouts, it never gets stale or old with Sal, he changes it up often while still keeping track of my progress. Sal is one of the most enthusiastic people I have ever met- which is really helpful when I'm in the thick of it and want to give up.. He never lets me! He is also really supportive- checks in often about how I'm feeling and if there is any minor tweak during training, he remembers to ask about it and makes sure to modify during the next session. The only minus is sharing the waiting area with certain parents , who are inconsiderate to say the least.They created their posterity now the whole world is considered their fenced back yard.I mean being a parent myself I understand it is not possible to control your child's every move, but if your son has been hitting the back of my chair for 25 minutes out of 30 that I sat here, while you were gossiping out loud with your significant other are you even trying ? I keep coming back to him because I've never had so much fun getting my own butt kicked! Chuck has 20 years of experience training, mixing martial arts techniques with boxing and weight training. All the while he tells jokes and stories in his Irish accent, ensuring that I never get bored! His habit of storytelling also helps me get through the high weight reps without counting, so I never feel like giving up. Currently I train with Chuck at the Burbank Athletic Club, but he's been willing to travel to several different gyms over the years, and even to my house for an extra fee. If you're serious about increasing your strength and endurance, or even just in leaning out, I can't recommend him enough!!!
