I would not recommend Pure Property Management to any property owner. Their lack of communication,…read morepoor accountability, and failure to advocate for the owner made my experience frustrating and costly. 1 Terrible Communication - Getting updates was a constant struggle. Emails and calls were often ignored, and I had to chase them down for even the most basic information. 2 Failure to Enforce Lease Terms - Instead of protecting my property, they sided with tenants who clearly violated the lease and downplayed the damage caused. 3 Delays & Lack of Action - Despite holding tenant funds for repairs, they dragged their feet and refused to move forward in a timely manner, making the process unnecessarily difficult. 4 Unethical Practices - They seem more interested in collecting fees than actually managing properties responsibly. When concerns were raised, they avoided responsibility instead of providing solutions. Stay away, especially from Becky Star. If you're looking for a property management company that communicates, protects your investment, and follows through on their responsibilities--look elsewhere. Pure Property Management is not it.

One home to fit my families needs with young kids and the other for my parents to fit their needs. We needed help with school districts, planning for commuting to work and finding a neighborhood that would be a good fit for our multi generation family. Kay and Brian were patient and very knowledgeable. You don't know what YOU don't know and BUT THEY KNOW! Over the years they have stayed in touch with various events. I wouldn't think twice on who to call if we were looking to buy or sell Bottom line excellent realtors and amazing people!

Mark was our primary go to for everything and he was always available and ready to help. It took our west coast personalities awhile to understand and see that the level of care and courtesy is truly sincere and really a telltale characteristic of their southern hospitality! We were pretty demanding with what we wanted and didnt want and I was continually impressed with Mark's memory and reference to my yay and nay list. Made it so much easier to narrow house search coming from across country. We are settled in our dream house in a terrific neighborhood and each time I drive home now I have a beaming smile on my face knowing this is now our home too. Thanks guys for everything!

This company has had a long line of jokers that have been placed on our property to "manage it"…read more They are stuck in the 1980s in some cases but trying to be in the future in others. Here's why they suck. Their owner is not really a full-time owner. This is an investment business for them. He's a lawyer who has a side hustle and wanted to make a jobs program for people. Which is great, except when I don't get the service that I pay for with my condo fees. We have had a WhatsApp group for people to communicate for 5 years and not once have either of the property manager or their other folks actually hopped on to see what's going on. Then they have implemented two different payment platforms and two different portals during the time in addition to the perfectly good BuildingLink system we had. Just like every other property management company. They don't want to do what we have, they want to standardize because they think in their less than infinite ineptitude ( meaning have a tiny tiny amount of aptitude that I'm giving them credit for), they are all technologists if they just buy some tech. So now we have a useless AI that does nothing. Nothing happens. It talks back over text and says "You're right" "Fair," but doesn't actually do anything. So I have to text, email, and call people. Why the heck are we paying for a system that doesn't work, and why aren't they just on the whatsapp community to engage with everyone. Also, they threaten people with collection notices and going to court for assessments that were piss poorly communicated . Instead of communicating regularly, they waited until the last minute to browbeat people with threats. I called them out. You can't tell people one month before bills due that they are going to be taken to collection. Bad practices. Bad management. Reflects... bad people. Fear: They can't be held accountable in a forum where they can make mistakes. They can control their inpetitude in board meetings, where 2 people show up, but cannot be infront of 100 on a whatsapp channel.

I am a resident owner at Heatherstone Condominiums in Charlotte, NC. The residents pay $248-$310 a month in HOA fees and they are not competent enough to handle a basic duty to keep the grass cut every two weeks. Shameful. The breezeways are covered with pollen, black and green mold, and cobwebs. I have submitted several work orders month after month. The grass is currently 3 feet high, just to add a little context. CSI manages 3 buildings with 15 units per building on this property. I guarantee this would not happen in other zip codes that they manage. CSI needs to be fired!!! One star is too high. This company is truly a money grab. They could not care any less for our community.
