Part is defective, if it wasn't defective I woudln't be asking. Oh it's used up against policy. But I'm not entirely surprised as their "customer service" support is outsourced to some foreign country and their practices are not of National Canadian Decent for sure. Received a Defective Caliper, dust boot on piston not installed correctly. They will not honor their own policy!
