He handed me the pedi menu, nail color options, and got to work. We talked the entire time and he did an amazing job! VIP is a nice salon that does a good job of keeping the flow of customers moving. Although they do take walk-ins, best only to try that at non-peak hours. They even have Sunday appointments, but that's definitely an appointment only day. The ceiling lights are covered with screens that make it look like a sunny day with the cumulus clouds and a few stray butterflies on wire dangling in a couple of places. The window on the side have a screen with a beach scene. Both of these things lend VIP toward the sit-and-relax atmosphere. There are several different levels of manicures and pedicures available, depending on how far into the spa style you want to go. They're a nice group of people, will talk or not depending on you, but I've noticed a lean more towards the "no talk" during pedicures, but "let's chat" during manicures. Shellac and regular polish is available depending on how long you want the polish to last. They also offer some "natural" products as part of the mani or pedi.
