Our salesman's name was Nicolae and he couldn't have been more friendly / knowledgable. A+. He walked over to us 30 seconds after we walked in to ask if we needed help. We ended up buying an LG fridge and when we were on our way out, we saw that they had an Outlet room with many floor models on display. We looked around and found an unbelievable GE Profile ( a much more expensive model ) unit for a huge discount (1/2 off). I asked a salesman why it was marked down so much, (it turned out he was the owner, Alan Percy!) He said some had small scratches, some they just needed to move. We told him we are also looking for a high end range and hood. He told us the Outlet has incredible deals on both regular and luxury brands, and to check it daily to see what is in inventory. I asked if it would be difficult to change our minds and get the GE Fridge instead of the LG unit we had already purchased. He said "Whatever makes you happy". Try doing that at Lowes and see what they do! It's obvious that Percy's owners spend quite a bit of time focused on the culture and making sure it is customer service oriented. When you see one of the owners there, working the floor on a Saturday afternoon in August, you can see why the store runs so well. Most owners would be on vacation. Alan was there, leading by example. 2 minutes later, we made the exchange and were out the door. I HIGHLY recommend Percy's Great deals, personal service. We will be back!

Luz is usually who happens to be our go to person with any questions, concerns, and even a problem we had, She handled our issue with the utmost concern as professionelly as she is. As example of this, We bought a refrigerator from Aarons, the delivery date and time was perfect for us, but there was a scratch on one of the front door panels, I called, explained the scratch and Luz to our rescue, I expected maybe some paint to match or as like, I got a new refrigerator door ! She isn't a relative or personal friend, in my opinion, if this place, Aarons does this for me, a regular customer, I can only imagine, how well they'll treat the rest of the customers that frequent this store. You don't have to take my word for it, go in, say hello, let them help you to get to know the company" Not one problem should sway your decision making. I don't know how other people make their payments, I can call in my payments. I don't know about the restrooms, haven't needed too. They have ample parking. I'm Not bombarded with staff to help me, I can take my time, knowing someone will help me along as I need it. It is Very Convenient, what else is there to say about them? I think We have found Our Furniture, Appliances, Televisions, Computer laptops, place to go. You pay for what you get, you get what you've paid for, in a timely manner, you establish credit. Aarons makes it easy to purchase things you need or just want.want, even for first time buyers ! Don't be late, you will get a complimentary reminder call, it's not aggravating, it's a reminder, Sometimes people get busy, plan vacations, they've reminded me when my Husband had surgery, I thanked them, it's my credit I've established. I want it remaining in good standing condition. My son filled his apartment with Aarons Furniture & items. It's A GREAT PLACE To shop !! Thankyou to Aarons, 120 Stafford Street, Worcester MA. Returning Customers, Bob and Barbara Psst..I'm interested in a Mattress Box Spring now :)

In November my son and I went to Lowe's in Worcester and ordered a new stove and dishwasher. My son…read moreopened a Lowe's account that day. The stove was delivered on time and we were told the dishwasher would be delivered at a later date, dependent upon when a plumber would be able to install it. The plumber informed my son on the date of expected delivery that he would NOT be able to deliver and install it because another part was required due to the age of our home. Another time the plumber allegedly went to pick up the dishwasher and it could not be located. Every issue required a visit to the store because nothing could be corrected by phone. After several attempts for delivery were postponed by Lowe's and/or the plumber, the dishwasher was finally installed (but not before we threatened to cancel the sale.) My son was told we would be given a $200 credit due to the months long inconvenience. As of today (March 18, five months later) the $200 STILL was not credited. My son was told tonight because we had already paid a large amount (approximately $900) we would only be credited $47. That logic baffles me and anyone with any common sense. I just waited almost 45 minutes on hold to speak with Richmond, the manager who told my son there is no way he can give us back any more than $47. I asked for his manager's name and was told Bob. Just Bob who won't be in the store until next week. I beg anyone who reads this to please go somewhere else. Gave it 1 star only because it wouldn't post with no stars or negative stars

After speaking with a supervisor, Samira, it was reiterated that there wasn't anything they could do to get me an e-card sooner...it was the "Lowe's system" and there wasn't any over-riding the system. Frustrated...yes...amazed that the ability of a human being to over-ride the AI is frightening!!!

"I've tried and tried to no avail You just can't seem to let…read moreme down You drive a hard bargain" (Emmylou Harris) We enjoy our bargain stores and are fans of Ocean State Job Lot, Big Lots and Ollies. Two days ago, we made our first visit to the Ollies on Grafton Street in Worcester. We picked up our "go to" Ollies staples -coffee K Cups (BTW, we do recycle them) and found some very good values on $4 or $5 for a box. Although we did get some good values, we thought the overall coffee inventory was lower than in other Ollies. We usually pick up some odds and ends in the food section and Ollies had a good selection of soups and salsas. One odd thing I saw was a trend of messiness in some of the store's sections. There were area rugs dumped all over the floor in one aisle. Now of course, I don't know how that happened, nor how long that mess was there, but I suspect a slovenly customer was looking at merchandise and couldn't have been bothered by picking up the mess they had carelessly created. But why on earth hadn't an employee noticed and remedied that mess? Another example of inattention was how the big cartons of K Cups were stacked; it looked as though their forklift or pallet jack operator had a few too many adult beverages before saying "that messy off-center precariously leaning stack is EXACTLY the way I wanted it too look". Overall, we had a typical Ollies experience, and that's a good one!

Actually some prices are not the cheapest but if you look, you can find some deals. From books, to garden care, to home ware, to some foods, even big appliances like air conditioners, school supplies, sports, toys, they might just have it. Not everything but you have to look. That's why you would come. To find a deal. It's not the best looking store or tidy, but that's the vibe here. Bargains, bargains, like at a warehouse. What's fun is actually to read the signs in the store. They are funny and very original. It's in a plaza with other stores, so there's plenty of parking. If in the area, I would check it out. But I wouldn't drive all the way just for a bargain. You could go to Big Lots, Ocean State Job Lot for similar items and in a nicer looking store. But you would miss out on the signs that advertise this store. That was the only thing I enjoyed.
