Hands down some of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received. The guy behind the…read morecounter was openly laughing in my face as I was asking a question because I didn't know EXACTLY what I was talking about. He talked to me like I was stupid and ignorant. I will be driving to Silvis for all of my John Deere needs from now on. They are so much nicer and more pleasant to work with. If you aren't buying a combine or large tractor then Aledo doesn't want your business because they can't make enough commission off of that. Update: They have since implicated a training exercise based on my experience yesterday from my point of view. Not just this location but all over and are trying to advance their customer service skills. I'm still not going to give them 5 stars though based strictly on an email. The experience I went through did happen and needs to be shared to make sure they do follow through with their word and don't fall back into their old ways.

He immediately offered a solution and as we talked through the details, he offered to drive out to the church to assist. Let me repeat that, he offered to go to the church. He loaded tested the battery, did a once-over of the electrics on his own. In the end, we got it back to running inside 15min. Beautiful words for a day I did not want to mow in the heat of the day with a 30" walk-behind vs the church's 72" rider. I was very impressed and thankful for the help. I'll be back.

Fast forward to June, after we attempted multiple times to get updates on the gator as we use this to hold tools/equipment for necessary farm repairs... for them to return the gator after not doing anything to it and getting the excuse that it's just too old. I don't recommend hanks anymore as they seemed to have really dropped the ball on this whole situation and also for the lack of communication and customer service.

I recently called this business to get an issue with my riding mower fixed. From the moment I explained my issue to the phone receptionist to resolution and completion of the repairs needed I received nothing but first class service from this establishment! Dealing primarily with Jon, the owner, I felt taken care of, well served and treated with respect. Furthermore, Jon handled things in such a way that I completely TRUSTED him and that is invaluable when it comes to this kind of repair. I can wholeheartedly endorse Hank's and know the next time I need service of any kind regarding lawn mowing equipment it's the only place I'll need to go!!! read more

Always excellent customer service. We had an issue with our mower on a Sunday after a solid week of rain and only a one day window to mow. They helped us out in record time. Couldn't ask for more! read more

We seriously had the best time. My son is 6 so he doesn't have a whole lot of patience. We got there around 1pm but the fish didn't start biting until 3pm. We decided to make it a Labor Day tradition because we had so much fun. Right at about 3pm the fish started biting and biting. We actually had to stop because we started to catch too many. Everyone there was very nice. We did hear that it will be under new ownership starting in 2021 season. I would definitely recommend this place for kiddos. Fun to help others learn how to fish, bait their own hook (especially getting young girls into fishing). It was almost guaranteed you would catch something. But, at almost $0.70 an inch I can see where it could get a little pricey Like the old saying goes, "Teach a man to fish and you'll feed him for a lifetime".
