We had our gator picked up for repair due to a battery issue. When they returned it, other things…read moreseemed to not be working correctly (brakes, gas, etc.) so they came and picked it up again in March. Fast forward to June, after we attempted multiple times to get updates on the gator as we use this to hold tools/equipment for necessary farm repairs... for them to return the gator after not doing anything to it and getting the excuse that it's just too old. I don't recommend hanks anymore as they seemed to have really dropped the ball on this whole situation and also for the lack of communication and customer service.
