The inside is also rather small, they seat maybe 7 tables each with 2-4 people per table. There's tons of traditional Korean decorations everywhere. The staff is also all Korean and greet you in Korean. There's unlimited high quality purple bean rice. The sides are nothing to write home about other than the macaroni salad. They had an interesting take on it by adding imitation crab - I'm not sure I liked that part. Otherwise it's similar to the chain BCD tofu. The ever popular seafood pajeon (a pancake-like dish) is made extremely thick and therefore isn't crispy at all like pajeon normally is. I don't really recommend this item. Interestingly there's a bulgogi dish with vegetables and noodles (thin, clear). Makes the dish much more hearty. The flavor and quality was pretty good. Seafood tofu soup. They do a great job of making it spicy if you ask. The flavoring has that umami feel. Overall, not overwhelmingly amazing. A bit on the pricey side. They do have a very wide range of menu items and some pretty authentic items that aren't normally regularly provided in Korean restaurants. Service is fine - didn't meet anyone rude or anyone particularly amazing either.

Han Corea is a very small space seating maybe 25 diners with a staff that gets your order to you quickly and efficiently. If you're coming looking for fancy digs, it's not the place. If you're coming for a fantastic meal that will warm your soul, it sure worked for us. A party of five of us came before the Alberta Shootout and ordered a scallion pancake and Bulgogi Jeongol, hot pot consisting of bulgogi beef marinated in soy (utterly mouth watering, delicious) with sweet potato noodles, tofu, rice cake and vegetables. An order for four easily sated the 5 of us. The appetizers were also delightful with the anchovy with sweet raisins a favorite. Hot pot dining can be as good as the savory broth prepared for it, and ours was first-rate. The meat took on a savory, almost sweetness that with the broth and rice made for serious bit of comfort food impossible to resist. With only one dine under our belt, we all agreed this is a must return destination. Credit cards accepted, small lot parking, small dining area. Might be a good idea to call ahead to make sure space is available for your party but don't believe they take reservations. Definitely worth seeking out.

My mom and I wanted a quick, but light dinner and I stumbled upon this restaurant on Yelp. My mom hasn't had the best experience with Korean food in the past (i.e. ate waaay too much at AYCE kbbq and has been traumatized since) but I haven't seen many places that offer Korean hot pot so we decided to give it a try. The hot pot is meant for two people. We got the obulsi hot pot which is bulgogi, calamari, veggies, and glass noodles. It comes with two bowls of rice on the side. There was surprisingly a lot of meat and calamari and a good portion for two. The obulsi has more of a clear broth, so it was light and flavorful. They were quite busy so it was a bit of a wait, but honestly no complaints. There is water and hot barley tea that you can help yourself to. Such a great price for all the food you get and my mom said this was one of her favorite meals from the trip. The food court may not be the most aesthetic, but it has some delicious food!

Our server repeatedly insisted we provide some form of identification or certificate for our kids, which is unreasonable. Most families don't carry documents like that when going out for dinner. It felt accusatory and unnecessary, and the way it was handled came across as rude and unwelcoming. We're a family of 11 and enjoy dining out together regularly, so some of us were excited to try this place so we can bring the rest of the family. Unfortunately, the situation escalated to the point where we decided to leave before even ordering. If you're going to be this strict, it would make more sense to just charge one flat price instead of putting customers in an uncomfortable position. We've never experienced anything like this at a family restaurant. There are plenty of other all-you-can-eat Korean restaurants in the city that are far more welcoming and customer-friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're dining with kids.

The Dolsot Bibimbap was also good. The meals came with a bunch of side dishes and they encouraged us to order more (white carrot, sprouts, garlic potato, and kimchi). Staff were friendly and the place was busy but because of the walls it didn't feel crowded. It was a great meal.
