Might be my favourite fried chicken sandwich ever! MASSIVE portion and great price!!!! Chicken thigh is perfectly cooked and exterior is crunchy without any excess grease or oil. The chicken is coated with dry spices, so it it not saucey. The burger comes with your choice of sauce, I selected "comeback" which is their house mayo packed with various seasonings. Both the chicken and sauce were literally flavour packed. I ordered "Hot" which was the perfect level of HOT! (Not for spice intolerant as this is actually HOT!!) The waffle fries were also amazing. The fried mushrooms were ultra crunchy, even after I walked home to eat everything. My only complaint, the chicken was sooo good, I wish the slaw was a bit more crunchy and sour. Heard the hype and thought I'd try 37th st (old Ogam Express location) Glad I ordered ahead as there were tons of highschool kids in there around 4:30ish I think the sandwich would be good, I didn't get that this time but I ordered a single thigh with the "CLUCKIN HOT" (hottest) seasoning. It was pretty good, heat was hot but not painful but it did make my face sweat a little, but definitely not as hot as I'd have expected. They mostly use cayenne based powder and it was thick on this, it added little extra heat but lots of extra bitterness from powder and a weird pasty mouth feel. It would be better if they did the dry powder like they do the Damn hot version, but then add say, a few dashes of some Habanero or Ghost Pepper sauce (Marie Sharp's Beware or Belizean Heat would be killer on this and add great flavor and enough heat) They included a handful or so of plain waffle fries in the box with the thigh and they were good by themselves with a bit of ketchup. I also got the "DAMN HOT" Loaded Waffle Fries which is the waffle fries with their comeback sauce, coleslaw, some sweet pickles green onions (I didn't notice any onion on mine) and drenched in nacho cheese sauce. It was way too big for one person and way to heavy and rich with all the fried stuff drenched in nacho cheese sauce. I tried the Damn hot chicken pieces by itself with the coleslaw and the comeback sauce with a bit of the pickle and a single waffle fry it was was good but by the time I got half way through it, they were all soft and soggy from the cheese. Also the coleslaw was just in the corner as was most of the chicken, it would have been better if it was distributed throughout the container... I didn't realize it wasn't so the 2nd half was just nacho cheese soggy fries and the comeback sauce and a few pieces of the chicken... it definitely needs the balance of the coleslaw and the chicken Prices are also higher than I keep seeing online... my order was just over $22 before tip.... not bad for the volume of food I guess, but its good I brought my credit card instead of the cash I thought it was going to be. I'll go back and try a sandwich but never again with the loaded fries. I think the way to go is the Damn Hot chicken sandwich with the side of waffle fries... the fries would stay perfect and the sandwich would be nicely balanced... honestly the Loaded fries are just a jumble or as some would say a "dog's breakfast" Maybe if you could get the Loaded fries in a small 300-500ml container as a side that would be ok but a whole take-out container of them is too much. I do miss Ogam chicken though, they were filling, tasty and not as heavy, I could eat there weekly or even a couple times a week but Nim's chicken would probably be maybe monthly or every other month... It's inside Universe, with a tiny counter and a makeshift waiting area- very strange. But the food- wow. I got the loaded fries, chose "medium" spicy (I think I could've handled "hot"), and paid my $14 and my food was ready in a mere 10 minutes, maybe less. I was amazed at the heft of this order! It must've weighed a kg. I carried it the block to my apartment and was thrilled to unpackage it- this is a massive portion, and more important is that it's delicious. Tasty chicken, perfectly crispy fries, and it all comes together beautifully. This repast could have easily, easily, fed two people. Had the party platter for 4 with the family. Was probably enough for 6-8 haha. 4 Chicken sandwiches were great. Hot, juicy and a whole jumbo bone removed thigh that it's impossible to eat the entire thing. Then add 4 jumbo real meat, whole chicken tenders, again juicy, not processed and quite delicious.The "medium" Nashville heat was good but I love spicy. Probably tone down if you can't handle the heat. Mac and cheese bites ok but forgettable. Corn ribs tasty and coleslaw pretty good. Sauces were fine but didn't need the fries. All in all it made two meals for us four. If you have a big appetite four people might be able to tackle it, but it would be hard. read more

worst chicken ever, tenders aren't even tenders, dry, tough like chewing on a leather, the non spicy ones tastes like nothing, spicy ones taste like literal soap, I don't even know what seasonings they use, oxiclean? price is so high as well, $20 for a sandwich with minimum fries is a scam with no drink. $100 for a family meal coming with 4 tenders, 4 sandwich and some sides, not bad for what they give you but the taste is just unbearingly bad, had it with 4 other people, ended up throwing all the tenders and 2 sandwiches away, don't buy their stuff, they literally scam people. I once saw a buy 1 get 1 free deal on uber eats for a SINGLE chicken sandwich, guess the price? 30 DOLLARS FOR CHICKEN SANDWICH, that's just 2 price of chicken sandwich disguised as one! that's not buy 1 get 1 FREE, no they just force people to buy 2 for price of, well 2 sandwiches. OH wonder how bad the staff management is as well, waited 40 whole minutes for a meal, guess how soggy it was when I got it. ZERO space in the place to eat, dirty counter, wonder how much profit they make per stuff they sell.
