I'm born and raised here in Calgary and I've been going there for 45 years so I know what their quality is usually like and it wasn't this !! I've even made 200 piece orders for company functions and ordered 80 pieces during the annual anniversary sales so I know what I'm talking about ...... Anyway its the next day and no call back from the head store which is disappointing - anyway I'd say for SURE avoid the Crowfoot Location. Also what's not so surprising is last night when I called the main store, the girl on the phone said its NOT the first call they've had about that franchise owner and the food quality, so nice to know it's not just me I guess. So I'd say give that shop a miss, its gonna be a 22 min drive from my place down to the original Chicken on the Way in Kensington instead of 8 minutes to the Crowfoot store but it'll be worth it ......
