Hanh is an absolutely fantastic CPA. Her services to me really embody what features 2024 should have for those who want it: asynchronous online communication, form uploading via a secure portal, and a very timeless high level of personable service. She really is so receptive to questions and clearly knows her stuff. I find her very easy to contact at any time. She has a variety of services, so if you need anything, sending an email or calling her to ask about them is a great first step. read more

Been using Hanh for a couple years now. The online system makes uploading documents super easy. Hanh replies to all emails quickly and answers them professionally. Taxes are sooo much less dreadful than the in-person way I used to do. read more

Hanh has been doing our taxes since 2022 and she is AMAZING at doing them. We have a little bit of a complicated situation (at least I think we do LOL) - and people who have done our taxes in the past have always caused me to receive a super high tax return revision. I still get them with Hanh, but for SIGNIFICANTLY less owed (I'm talking $20 vs like $1000). I have no idea how taxes work so I am SO thankful for Hanh, who has literally never let us down. Her emails back are always quick and kind. Truly couldn't be happier with her services!! read more

I've been working with Hanh for the past couple of years and have had a consistently great experience. Hanh is always responsive, answers questions clearly, and communicates in a professional manner. The entire process has made tax preparation far less stressful, and I can complete everything from the convenience of my home. It has been a seamless experience since around 2021, and I greatly appreciate the time and effort Hanh puts into helping maximize my returns. Highly recommended. read more

I want to avoid sharing too many specifics about my experience because she has a few years of my returns and don't want her to ghost me in case I need to get back in touch with her. Had some good experiences with Hanh but she's been very low-effort the last couple of years and flaked on me in a way that caused a huge headache. Took my return to another CPA and had to have him redo it - he took one look at it and spotted a deduction opportunity to save me thousands. Makes me think Hanh spent under 30 minutes with my info before rubber stamping it. Her practice is all virtual and I couldn't get her to return a call or spend time on the phone going over my return when she was finished. BIG TIME AVOID. read more

Although I did not use Hanh Dinh for my income return taxes, she was able to help answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Her prices are very fair and actually lower than most in the area. Recommended for all looking for professional and knowledgeable service. read more

One word - AMAZING!! My husband and I have been looking for a new CPA for a while and I stumbled upon Hanh D. She's made this whole tax season stress-free. She's patient, she answered all of my questions, and guided me through out this whole process. We will definitely be returning next year! Highly recommend!! read more

Hanh is a true professional who listens to her client and goes above and beyond. I have been using her services for three years and she has been amazing! I highly recommend her work and there simply is not a more easier way to get your taxes done (she handles my personal and business taxes). She even helped in getting me a carry back refund that took a couple years to get from the IRS, with her helping me put the needed paperwork/information for the IRS. read more

My boyfriend and I had our taxes done with Hanh and it was a seamless process. She quoted us upfront, utilizes intuit to upload docs, and did a follow up video call to help answer any questions. It was refreshing working with someone who is quick and knowledgeable about tax laws as it relates to investments and RSU compensations. We will be working with her again next year! Thank you Hanh. read more

Are you looking for a CPA? Hanh is THE ONE! She answers questions promptly, assists you with tools, and is very approachable and personable. She has been doing my husband's and I's taxes for a few years now. We both do personal and business taxes with Hanh. She never gets annoyed with our mistakes which is nice of her. I know other accountants get frustrated when minor issues come up lol. Hanh is also very affordable and worth the price for the service she provides! Thank you, Hanh! read more

1st consultation went fine. I had a lot of questions I needed answered I never got a reply. I could not state enough I am more than willing to pay because I need my questions answered. ON her YELP says go to her website and order a service. There is only 1 service she has listed that works and its the 1st time consultation. I already did that I need help none provided. Hanh provided a wonderfully efficient service from start to finish! This was the first time my partner and I used Hanh for our tax filings and we were both impressed with her accessibility and promptness via text and email for any questions we had. We submitted all our documents via a secure link and Hanh was able to account for all itemized expenses. We were satisfied with our quoted returns and look forward to working with Hanh again for our tax prep needs! read more

Terrible first encounter with hanh dinh. Her phone call is that of a telemarketer. Definitely not someone you would want to trust with your finances. The fact that you can't speak to your accountant face to face is a damn shame. There's so many wonderful talented accountants I don't see why Hanh Dinh would make the list. read more

Very understanding if you have personal issues you are juggling. Very quick and efficient, with prompt responses for all your questions. I'm very happy with her work, and plan to continue using her services. Thanks Hanh! read more

This was my second year using Hanh for my tax prep and it was a wonderful experience. Easy and clear communication is what stands out with Hanh, she was able to answer questions when needed. She utilizes Intuit so uploading the necessary documents to her is a breeze. I know most people hate dealing with taxes but Hanh made it stress free and seamless, thank you again! read more

I don't think she could have made it any easier for me to get my taxes done this year! I simply messaged her and then consulted over the phone about my income situation and circumstances for 2020. She told me upfront what the fee would be and then sent me a secure link (Intuit) to upload my documents. From there, after a few questions back and forth via email, she had my tax return prepared within a day or so...just in time for the deadline! I was able to access my return as well as the confirmation from the IRS accepting it. Yay!! I think I can say that I fall into the majority when I say that I hate doing taxes. I dread it. I can't wrap my brain around it--I'm a biology nerd with little sense of finance comprehension. I am so grateful for this service! Everything was completely contactless--we never met in an office or anything, which made me a little wary, but fortunately she is legit and was very responsive to all my inquiries. Payment for the tax prep was through PayPal, Venmo, or check. Furthermore, I'm getting money back--a bit more than I was even expecting, including the stimulus money that I never got last year. I wish I had Hanh doing my taxes this whole time. I never want to do my own taxes ever again. Thank you!! read more

Hanh was amazing to work with, quoted us upfront, had us upload files via intuit and was always quick in responding to any questions we had. She is working with us to review past filings because although there weren't many new changes to our income, we owed so much more with another CPA. With her, I don't dread filing taxes. read more

I'm so glad I found Hanh through Yelp this year and very happy with the accountant services provided. Looks like I finally found my new accountant after a few years of search. Really enjoyed her professionalism, knowledge and patience. I was asking a lot of questions relative to the tax subject I really did know nothing about and Hanh promptly provided easy to understand answers to all of them. The whole tax preparation process is extremely well organized and quick, plus it's 100% remote and gives an impression of the business being done in the 21st century. My return was done within a couple of days and I was absolutely impressed with this speed of light results. Another thing I really liked is that Hanh constantly follows up with clients about updates or changes in the tax law. Thus I was informed that I'm a subject to a bigger return this year due to the pandemic changes. My experience was epic! Thanks Hanh. I'll talk to you soon. read more

Wonderful service. So glad I found her on the Yelp quick and efficient even in the middle of tax season.

When I tell you she's AMAZING, that is an understatement. I was a few years behind in filing my taxes and was so nervous/embarrassed. I will be doing my doing my taxes with her from here on out. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. read more

This was my first time working with Hanh for my taxes and this experience has been the easiest process I've had so far. After having another consultation with a tax preparer who requested all of my files to be sent over via private email I was so pleased at Hanh's secure portal that made the work on my end very easy. After a consultation with Hanh and submitting all of my paperwork I called her last minute to expedite my returns after a roadblock on my partners home loan process. She quickly drafted and filed my returns that very evening. She set me up with my payment vouchers for the rest of the year and quickly answered all of my questions. Thank you Hanh! read more

I had the opportunity to work with Hanh in early 2023 to file four years of back taxes. At first I thought the world was going to come crashing down as I would need to do 754 things to get this taken care of. After a brief but thorough introduction call, we started the process and it was pretty seamless. Hanh was patient with any questions I had (via text, calls and emails) and even walked me through the submission process for those that could not be submitted electronically. I'd recommend her to anybody that needed her services and will be using her to file my 2022 taxes here soon. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Hanh. She has been such a delight to work with. I found her on yelp and emailed her (along with several other CPAs). One of the main reasons I chose to go with her versus anybody else was the fact that she didn't make me feel silly for asking the questions that I was asking, and she also didn't try to rush me off the phone. She was super kind, welcoming, informative, and very patient with me (which means a lot, in my opinion). I was coming up on a deadline and it was Saturday afternoon that I contacted her, and she worked on the phone with me until 10 PM answering any questions that I had (I had A LOT). She was very thorough and very professional, she also gave me a ton of free resources to help a small startup like me. Again, I can not say enough wonderful things about her and her services. I will definitely be using her for all my CPA needs from this point on and also recommending her to all my family and friends. read more

Hanh is an excellent and humble CPA who knows her stuff inside and out. She was very helpful from the moment I contacted her and kept in touch throughout the entire process of getting my 2020 tax returns done. This was especially helpful since I had so many forms that were all complicated and required a thorough understanding to get the best out of my return. Hanh is also very fair in her pricing as I was previously quoted extremely high amounts by other tax accountants who had a huge ego and believed they can charge ridiculous amounts for the amount of work they do. I'm very happy with the humility and professionalism expressed by Hanh and the very convenient portal she uses to upload the tax documents and communicate through. I have referred my family and will continue to refer everyone who is looking to do their taxes or for other accounting needs. read more
