Staffed well, very thorough and professional. I love sleeping with a fan and they immediately made the accommodation. A little misleading by saying to prepare for a normal nighttime routine, because I was told I couldn't wear my AirPods or watch tv on my phone longer than 20-30min. It didn't feel like I could get comfortable how I normally do at home, but I understand. I was also asked to remove my nose ring and septum, which was not communicated on any of my phone calls. Just a thought to potentially include in preparation conversations since there is a list for prep and hygiene.

They can't answer billing questions. They coded an insurance claim incorrectly so it was denied initially. When it was resubmitted and paid the supplementary insurance was not automatically billed because of the original denial. They are rude and tell you it's your problem and you owe the money. Keep in mind, it was their fault in the first place for not knowing how to code an insurance claim form. Hung up on me when I requested a written history showing what was billed, paid and denied so I could determine if I really owed the dollars.

I am now a huge fan of the UC Davis Spine Center. I was in horrific back pain and it was getting…read moreworse. A lifetime of standing on my feet on concrete floors, snow skiing, riding horses, riding dirt bikes and street bikes, minor fender benders, etc. I finally asked my doctor what can I do? She immediately recommended UC Davis Spine Center and I freaked out, not ever thinking I would be a candidate for surgery on my back. Oh, hell no! I finally agreed to have a MRI done and was shocked at the results. I made an appointment with Dr Allen Martin and he also took X-rays and showed me exactly what was going on. I had a virtual mess in my back and as he pointed out the different elements of this mess he told me how he could fix it....six weeks later HE DID! I had great care from my surgical team, great after care and follow up care. But...here's the kicker....the pain I had before surgery...GONE COMPLETELY!!! I'm still a little sore and getting stronger every day! I am in awe of their ability to have the expertise, the knowledge and the technology to accomplish what they do. If I had let this go a little while longer I would have ended up in a wheelchair forever. Oh, hell no! My world had gotten so small because of my physical limitations I had literally no life left...no fun anyway. You will never know unless you give it a try.

My flat feet were barely usable, and I had not been free of pain for months. After trying orthotics/supports from Fleet feet, Dr. Scholl's, and those from various pharmacies, I realized that I had an increase in my spending without a decrease in my pain. Then I remembered a commercial about The Good Feet store. I thought it was all hype. Now, with even more pain, less mobility and less money, I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave it a shot. Before writing this, I'd Just gotten home back from a 10 mile bike ride. That's the day after a killer gym workout four days in a row. I HAVE MY LIFE BACK THANKS TO MONIQUE AND THE GOOD FEET STORE! She and her Manager took so much time with me that I started to feel guilty. I got the proper sizing; tried on various types; and was made aware of the reasoning behind the options I was given. No, I was not thinking it would be cheap and in hindsight every dollar spent was well worth it -- I'd do it again. You're supposed to break the orthotics in gradually, day-by -day. Since I am who I am, I didn't listen. They felt so good and instantly brought so much relief that I didn't wanna take them off. That was a huge mistake. I walked right back into the store in a different kind of pain. That's when I met Monique. She took the time to re-explain what had already been explained. She shared some of the nuances around proper acclamation, and within a week, or two, the world opened up in areas that had closed, I.e. being able to hike, bike, and simply walk across the room without pain. I've gone back since. and each time, Monique greets me with a smile and open arms making me feel. as though I'm the only person in the store. She truly knows how to create a relationship. So if you are tired of being in pain; spending money that does nothing but deplete your pockets; feeling as if you're annoying a sales clerk who would rather be selling a more expensive pair of shoes than dealing with you, go to The Good Feet store, in Roseville. Meet Monique--she's the angel of orthotics as far as I can tell. When I tell you the experience is well worth it and life-changing that is an understatement. She's fantastic.
