What a wonderful group of professionals! My father suffered from a neuroma on his left foot for 2…read more1/2 years until he finally got the medical care he needed at UC Davis. The physicians were conservative and had him work through a couple months of different therapeutic solutions until ultimately it was decided that he needed surgery. Post surgery his UC Davis doctor referred us to Scurti Orthotics. This family run business is professional, caring, and ethical. At his first appointment, they measured his foot then created a mold to make sure that the orthotics they were building were custom to his foot and concerns. My father also has a size 15 foot and has had difficulty his whole life finding footwear. He often has to send away mail order for his shoes. So, while we were at this appointment, he was able to try on several shoes, but ultimately placed an order for the right sizing in the colors that he wanted. They had him come back after they had built his customized orthotics and the shoes he ordered had arrived. His second appointment they fit him with the orthotics and the new shoes. On the first try he was still experiencing some discomfort so they made a minor change in their shop and brought it back out for him to try again. He slipped his foot in the shoes and it worked. All he could say as he was walking and smiling was "unbelievable". Thank you gentlemen you've made my Dad very happy and comfortable again.

I have deformed feet. The first pair of shoes were too small, And did not have orthotic inserts to protect the skeletal structure of my feet. I wore them for weeks and they damaged my feet. When the second pair of shoes arrived, the same problem occurred. There were no orthotic inserts to protect my feet. Foot impressions for the inserts were taken. Yet, I never received the inserts. The second pair of new shoes do not work. I called the office and emailed the office with no response. I have no proper tennis shoes at all. I only have one pair of medical boots that I cannot wear all the time. They are too heavy. I don't have enough shoes to live my life properly and get out and get things done.

I've been suffering with knee and foot pain for too long and Good Feet was recommended to me by a dear friend. I thought it was worth a try. James was the associate that helped me and he was so pleasant and patient. He explained the arch supports to me and how they worked. It took trying on a few different supports to find the right fit but I never felt rushed or pressured. James found the right supports for me and I've been very happy with the results. I highly recommend this store/product.

We lucked out getting a parking space out front. There are only 5 or so spots out front, so I'm not…read moresure where the other people in the shopping center parks. And the spots are funky. They are on a incline and when you pull into a space it appears that the back half of your car is still hanging out of the space. We went here after seeing their ads on tv and they sounded like what we were looking for. They offered shoe inserts for those who were having problems with their feet. We were the only ones in the store when we arrived. They offered to do a few test with us to fit us for sizes. I got my feet tested too just in case I wanted to get some too. The test was walking back and forth on this box they had made on the floor. It's not long enough so your walking is very unnatural. So as they do that they go to the back and look for your size. This took longer than it should have. And he went back came out talked a little and then went back again. I don't know why he didn't just get it over with. Go back grab it and come right out and start trying it on. He finally came out and had you take out your own shoe inserts and try on the ones he brough out. We tried them on and boy are they uncomfortable. He said you have them on 30min to half an hour then take them out and work up on times from there till you can have them in for a full day. They have 3 different levels of inserts. Everyday wear, Exercise wear, and around the house slipper wear. Each offers a different level of support. For the house slipper insert he brough us out some plush slippers to wear to try the inserts to try them out in. He askes us what we wear normally around the house and I said Birkenstocks and I asked him if I should put them in those and he said no. Those are a totally different type of shoe. I'm not sure if that meant they were great to wear or not from their perspective. The slippers they had us try on were very plush, fur lined. After trying them all on he suggest we do a stability test. He has us take all the inserts our of our shoes and has us put our hands out front and pushes on our hands and shows us how we lift up our heels and then he has us put the inserts on and shows us when we do the same test we don't lift up our heels. I'm not sure if it's a gimmick or not, but why didn't he do the test initially when we came in so we weren't taking the inserts in and out of our shoes. It seemed like a waste of time. After we were all done trying the different inserts I asked him how much the system costs, as it's a system and I can't remember the exact amount, but it was over a grand. I asked what their return policy was to see if we should try it out, and we learned that they have a strict no return policy. My husband was in no way going this route with that price. He said he'd just try out the off the shelf model in REI first before he turned to drastic measures like this. Later I did some research on the good feet store and didn't find a whole lot of positive reviews. Of course there are those that like their products as there is always something that works for everyone. What I read that caught my attention is you should really go to your podiatrist for feet issues and if you need an insert they will make you a custom insert just for you, not a generic one off the shelf like the good feet store sells you. I remember going to a doctor as a kid and getting a custom insert made for me and then having shoe lifts put on my shoes too. All was custom work. I'd feel more comfortable if he went to his podiatrist and then if he got a recommendation to go to the good feet store then go all in. It was a nice store with people that want to help you out or are just looking to make a good commission. I'm hoping they really believe they are helping people. I forgot to ask the sales associate how long he has been wearing the inserts to see if he's a believer or not. This may be the product for you, but if I were you, I'd talk to my podiatrist first before investing in this system. Even if you go to they gym (another big money maker) they suggest you talk to your doctor first before starting any new exercise routine. It's always smart if you have medical issues talk to your doctor first. Also what your doctor prescribes should be covered by your insurance. These are not covered by insurance. In the end our next stop was REI, we got fitted for new shoe inserts for high arches and a month later he is feeling really good. Best wishes on your feet's happiness.

RUN from this place! June 2021 I made an appt bc my foot hurt and I was worried something was wrong. They were nice and had an open schedule so they got me in. At the appt I met with Dr. Annalisa who was polite and professional and talked to me for about 10 mins and then took an x-ray at her office. She called a couple days later and said my foot was fine and to not worry about it, just keep going about my life. I was relieved, so I did. It wasn't until late July 21 that I was worried I never got follow up paperwork or any documentation on scan etc, so I called the office to tell them. I even asked if it was correct I never got an insurance statement. They said the acct was all settled up and no paperwork was due so I thought that was how they do business and that was that. Fast fwd to December when a very agressive lady called me and started making demands. She said she was w/Olympic Foot and Ankle and wondered why I hadn't paid my bill? I told her the story about never getting anything to which she cut me off and said they had mailed a lot of letters. It was odd because I had not moved and received no letters. She then started rattling off charges like a "new patient fee." I told her that was likely a misunderstanding because I wasn't becoming a patient, I just came in for a scan. She was aggressive and said if I was new I had to pay $235! While I pushed back that was a lot, I asked if she could get the Dr (who was nice as I remembered) to call and we could discuss? I explained it was likely a mix up and I'd be happy to work it out. She said I also had to pay $55 for the scan. I said, OK can I pay for that and wait for the Dr to call back about new patient, and asked if that was ok. She started raising her voice and getting mean, I tried to stop her but she wouldn't and said if I didn't pay the $235 she would send me to collections! I couldn't handle it, I hung up. Link below is half the video, the first half is her saying she's personally sending me to collections, the second half is her saying I'm stupid and don't know what a city/state is and talking about things she knows nothing about regarding my formal education - she tells me 'I should go back to college because I don't sound that bright on the phone" while she works as a receptionist at a foot doctors office. Also, they did send me to collections and I explained to the collections agency my situation. They called the office and also tried to reach a more senior person to get to the bottom of it and come to a resolve. They called w/the msg that the patient wanted to pay for the scan and wanted to plead my case. They also couldn't get anywhere with the staff. The collections agency noticed the office LIED on the paperwork about the service date being June of 2023, which this was 2021. Since they did so the collection agency fired them - they told me it was resolved for them and I''d be removed from their system! Fast forward to March 2024, they have started sending statements again. If you have any kind of foot or ankle, RUN!! Recording can be listened to here: https://rb.gy/onnvls
