We had a few vehicles picked out before we arrived and were able to narrow it down to two. There was no pressure what so ever between the two vehicles, and we appreciated that (it was a tough decision). We are very happy with the vehicle we chose; 2019 Nissan Frontier SV (my husband's 3rd Frontier, but 1st with this dealership). Brian Brady the sales representative, Trevor Lamson the Finance Director, and David Miller the Owner were a class act. They were very easy to work with...fair with not only the price of the vehicle we purchased, but also with our trade-in. We will definitely be back in the future and will be sure to recommend them to our friends and family. A sincere thank you to the entire Nissan of St. Albans team!!!

I had sent one rep exactly what I wanted, scheduled to sit with him, confirmed before I left, drove 45 minutes and I got there and he made me wait because he forgot, then tried to show me a truck that was the wrong color, cab, & package. Then said let's sit down and tell me what you want. It was clear he didn't read our correspondence and didn't really care. The second rep seemed to be excited at first, but that's as far as it went. The rep never returned any answers to my questions or even replied to asking if they were doing anything. I do not know what their problem is but if this is customer service and care, go somewhere else that will not waste your time.

Ask if it's related to the transmission bushing recall. I asked why when they inspected my vehicle for the last two years in a row they did not notify me of these safety recalls. The lady said oh because those are just recalls if you are having a problem. I repeated their safety recalls. I leave the car go to a Dr appointment. They call saying nothing on computer diagnostics. Transmission fluid looks good. Could not reproduce the hesitation from stop going into first. Everything seemed good. They fixed the two recall items in the 2 hours it was there and I was good to go. I say ok please document the computer showed no codes because I need to put car shield or something on my car. He says ok. I said thanks be over shortly. When I arrive the guy says your all set. I said there was nothing wrong with the transmission fluid? He says nope it looked clear. I said okay well hopefully that fixed it. I go get in the car. As soon as I try to shift into drive it makes huge clunking sounds and the whole car is Jerking. I park go back in.. I say did they even drive it? He says yes they did. I said really because it's in 10 x worse shape than it was before. Whatever you fixed made it worse. He says no the shifter cable bushing has no effect on the transmission. It might effect the car staying in park, like a roll away issue. I can read the recall to you. I said yes I have read it. He reads it anyway. I said we'll here I can read you symptoms of shifter cable bushing problems from the web. Exactly the things my car was doing. Then the service manager Todd comes out. I tell him what has happened he goes to drive the car. I tell my husband it was because if that guy I came here when we first moved here 3 years ago. He was nice to me. Hopefully he will help us. He comes back in. Yep your transmission is slipping. I said well they just told me the car was great. He said you brought it here for a recall repair. I said I brought it here because of a hesitation from stop to first that started 2 days ago. I saw in my Geico insurance app there was a recall asked why I was never notified even though you inspected my car. He says the recall has nothing to do with the transmission slipping, but we can look at it. I said we'll what would you do differen5. He says we will hook it up to the computer and see what it says. They said they did that no codes. I show him the paperwork. I said they just said they drove it and it was fine. They said the transmission fluid looked clear. He repeats so you want us to look at it on Monday? I said ok, it's not like I can drive it home. What do I do for transportation in the meanwhile he shrugs. So you are not covering it? He shakes his head no. I said fine you look at it on Monday I am going to call some attorneys. He says oh once you mention attorney I am done. I can not look at your car now. Let's face it. He was trying to get me to be angry and storm off all along. I said okay. I took my keys and told him I will be contacting a Mr Stearns who is doing a mass litigation against Fords nonsense like this. He keeps walking away. Zero cares in the world. We are a working class family with an adult disabled son. This is my only vehicle. I had a 3k aftermarket warranty I bought through Ford and never used when I bought the car. People literally do not care. Just lie to your face. If you have transmission problems with Ford. Do not go to them for service. These people do not care what your problem is. They will be sure it is not their problem. Of course they have no shortage of business. So your stupid 2014 car is of no interest to them . They got rich people to cater too.

We purchased a used 2010 Buick from Progressive back in August of this year, hoping for a reliable…read morevehicle. Fast forward barely two months ago, and our purchase broke down completely. After having the car towed to an independent, reputable garage for analysis, we received the shocking news: the vehicle requires a brand-new engine. Progressive claims on their website: "We want every visitor -- online or at the dealership -- to feel welcome, supported, and confident in their vehicle purchase. That's why great customer service is at the heart of everything we do." Except "great customer service" apparently includes selling a vehicle that was clearly a lemon and needed a major, costly repair just weeks after purchase. Where is the support and confidence they promise when we're facing the cost of a new engine? The only thing we feel is regret. Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from Progressive. You will absolutely regret it and end up paying far more than you bargained for when your "new" car breaks down almost immediately. Buyer beware. This experience has been an absolute nightmare.

All but one said Progressive auto sales. So my BIL gave me a ride, and 2 hours later I was driving an amazing car for an incredible deal. This story doesn't end here. 2 days later, the car would barely turn over. I thought I left the lights on so I called for roadside assistance thru my insurance. The company that showed up used 2, yes 2, jump packs on it and it wouldn't start. So, buying a used car, sold as is, where is, I still called Progressive auto sales. They brought me a brand new battery!. After I put it in... NOTHING. So I called them AGAIN. They asked if I could get it towed to them by roadside assistance, and yes I could. The mechanic they have found that the starter was burned up. He replaced it. You have to take the intake off to get to it! The absolute stunning part was, they did it for FREE. NOT ONE RED CENT! If you need a car, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!
